Terrible don’t stay here. Most dirty place I’ve ever seen

Got bed bugs, no comforter, internet was out, waited 20 minutes until I met a person at the front desk. No sign or anything. Was just about to leave when they came back. Wish I got out of there.

“When I arrived to check in for my room that had already been booked online and paid for, the front desk clerk rudely exclaimed there were no rooms available. I explained I had already paid and she, very rudely again, said that she meant there weren’t any rooms ready as she had just hired a new housekeeper on the spot with no training. She made me wait an hour with my dog and 3 kids in the car before I finally settled and agreed to take a half cleaned room. When we got in the room, the only thing the housekeeper hadn’t handled were linens. That aside, the place was disgusting and looked like it should be condemned. The carpet was decades old with various stains and burn marks, the wood throughout the room had been severely damaged by previous animals, and the toilet was not in working order. We got settled in, despite this, and tried to watch TV before quickly realizing the cable didn’t work. We went down to the front desk to ask for pillows and were handed some Walmart pillows new in the packaging with a couple folded pillow cases. I might have been willing to overlook the housekeeping staffing issue and the poor service if the entire motel didn’t smell of cigarettes and look on the verge of condemnation throughout. 0/10.”

The woman at the counter was the sweetest most nicest person you could hope to have working there for you. Well for starters when I walked in to get the room I had booked I got inside and it looked dark and dingy. The bullet hole in the protective plate glass at the counter was a little less than to be desired. Then as we walk down the hall to our room we notice all the dust just hanging from the ceiling and the lights. Our room was quaint, and only a few lights worked which was fine until we noticed how dirty the bathroom floor was. The shower didn't even look like it was cleaned at all and there were no towels to be spoken of, so we didn't even use the shower. No TV to watch, let me rewind that a bit here there was a TV okay but you can watch anything on it there were no local channels to watch or anything like that to help pass the time. I feel like the whole stay wasn't really worth the cost of the room and rather upset that it didn't look anything like what the Internet showed us while booking the room. I would try it again if the room were to be comped, but I don't think anything will be done about it so that's what i have to say about our stay there.

ちゃんと掃除して前よりきれいに来て帰りました

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was the nastiest room I've ever seen! Was in the room long enough for hubby to pee and never went back. My husband also found a PILL on the floor. No pillows on beds that I guarantee has bedbugs! Carpet was so black your feet stuck to it.

The place is extremely dirty and it is dangerous I got the to check in and there was nobody at the front desk waited for an hour till midnight and ended up walking across the street, contacted hotels.com and they told be it would take 72 to resolve my issue.

N/A Booking.com overbooked a hotel and didn’t provide my phone number to the hotel so that I could be properly informed. This is not the fault of the hotel.

There was only one bath, hand, and wash cloth towel and no other amenities. No coffee pot, microwave, tissues, etc. Etc. I initially didn't even leave anything in the room at first but I had a very busy day and almost didn't have the time to hassle of getting a refund and finding a new place so I just risked the stay. Which was bad on my part but at least the bed seem clean and was surprisingly comfortable. I would NEVER stay here again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Nothing at all it is such a very nasty dive and unsanitary and definitely would not pass inspections if Health Department were to come in there we even spotted blood at the bottom of a white fitted sheet and the carpet was definitely not vacuumed at all there was all kinds of different stuff on the carpet it was not clean at all it did not have a refrigerator or microwave let alone ice for our drinks we brought there and the bathroom light did not even work it was the most horrible experience ever Everything that I mentioned above asking what did I like because there was nothing to like about it everything I mentioned was a disgrace and they should not even be in business they would be shut down if I was to have health department come in there oh and lastly I had left my black fast charger plugged into a wall there and had my husband contact the black woman that worked there at the front desk asking her to check the room for the charger left behind and she had an attitude with him within her voice saying that it wasn't there and I know I left it there by mistake so she is lying that should not be tolerated by their workers of the motel
