Very friendly and helpful host. Very nice location. For breakfast we got a hot drink like coffee and croissant of your choice. This is served everywhere and really normal for the breakfast in the area. It would be really nice to get some eggs or omelet as an option.

Bathroom was lovely. All very clean. Location great. Facilities very poor in the kitchenette. Neighbours and other tenants were very loud. Wifi very weak.

Everything was ok, near to the main Square, near restaurant in the old center town. Clean Room but loud outside in the street and uncomfortable pilow. I recomend this apartmant for staying in Monopoli town for few days... very pretty and chick town.

the property was very clean and in the central of the city. very close to the main square, shops and restaurants! there is also one beach just 5 minutes walking. the owner, Nunzia was great!!! she was always available and ready to answer to all my questions via whatsapp!! she gave me advices where to go, where to eat etc everything was exceptional ! I’m now in love with Monopoli. so have to come back every year. XD

This property is spotlessly clean with kind, helpful hosts. Situated in old town, minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the harbour. The ensuite bathroom and decor is all modern and cheerful.Aircon efficient Nothing to moan abour re the property but having come from a five day stay at Locorotondo area we did find the coast not only very hot but also very humid.

Great location, near historical center (2 mins from main square), 12 minutes to train station. Tasty breakfast (cofee + brioche at choice). Very nice and helpfull owner. Aircooler and TV in room. Rooms with the great italian vibe.

The room looks like in the pictures, very nice, elegant and unique design, typical for the region, all modern facilities in an old traditional building, everything is spotless clean, location is perfect right in the historical center of Monopoli but on a quieter street, restaurants, bars and shops round the corner. The breakfast is served at a Caffè close by, very nice, very good coffee and pastries. The hosts are wonderful people, very friendly, communication was smooth, they sent all necessary information how to find the B&B and were available for anything anytime. Enzo even gave us a small tour of the town upon our arrival and gave great recommendations of points of interest, restaurants and an exquisite gellateria which we visited everyday ?. Totally recommend this accomodation for a wonderful stay in Monopoli. Grazie mille Nunzia ed Enzo! Ci ritorneremo! ? Nothing to mention.
