The shower was a little small and would have liked more pillows on the bed but otherwise no complaints.

TV could be better.

Location was good and the room, spacious and clean The hot water tank must be small. I ran out of hot water while washing my hair. Otherwise, fine to have a quick shower. The staircase is very narrow - best to avoid having a suitcase to get up and down.

Very nice and comfortable room in a great location in the Old Town. Old and atmospheric building – very well renovated. Breakfast in the cafe. My room was on the 2nd floor (another room on the 1st floor), and on the ground floor there is a shared kitchen. Possibility to leave and store luggage in the kitchen. Narrow stairs and very steep stairs. It is a bit difficult to use the kitchen on the ground floor and the terrace on the 3rd floor. But such are the charms of an old tenement house in the old town :)

A very nice and cozy place, it was located on a beautiful street close to everything. We'll be back for sure ?

Clean, comfortable room in a beautiful place in the heart of the city, perfect contact with the host

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location in a quiet street in the old part of town close to the sea. Very kind and helpful owner. Really amazing place, just be careful, quite a few stairs to the bedroom ?

Host was excellent - so accommodating to my needs, due to missing a funeral back at home, the host was kind enough to let me drop my bags early so that I could go somewhere quiet and they recommended where. As it was when I arrived, the cleaner said she would be 30 mins, so I left my bags, went for a wander and then came back to let myself, and she had even taken my bags to my room, which I wasn't expecting. It really helped having the room early so I could sort myself out before heading out. On what was a emotionally sad day - I instantly felt soothed by the room, it had such a magical charm to it, and I loved being in the centre of old town and looking out of the balcony. Nothing - it was amazing place to stay

Choosing this apartment was the best decision :D The location is great, in the heart of the old city. Porto Viecha is just around the corner. The room was cosy, shared kitchen was well equipped. Also tasty breakfast (coffee + cornetto) in the local cafeteria was included in the price. I highly recommend this place for the stay in Monopoli. Thank you Chiara! ?

Great experience, great facilities!

The location was good, the room was a good size and clean with modern furniture. Very disappointing that there were no expected items available such as bottled water for guests arrival, no refrigerator, no tea or coffee equipment and not even a cup or glass for drinking. The bathroom was clean, but the tiny shower was almost unusable due to the tap operation restricted by the shower screen. If you are a large person don’t expect to use the shower.

lovely location, breakfast voucher system worked well. Excellent cleaner always left the room feeling welcoming! Bathroom TINY. I only just fitted into the micro - shower cubicle. (size UK16). potential visitors should be warned. I would have liked to have been able to boil some water for a drink indoors, but understand why not. No rail up the very steep and narrow stone stairs to terrace at top pf the building - didn't feel safe.

Location Emailed host day before saying we would arrive at 12 noon, happy to just drop bags, they responded that was fine. Arrived at noon, nobody there. Contacted via WhatsApp and after several back and forth messages finally got understandable directions to get in. Directions should have been provided earlier, like most places do. Narrow, steep stairs, would be difficult for some, especially with large suitcases. Nice room, typical small bathroom. Lots of places have small showers, this one was tiny, no shelf for soap, etc (which is not uncommon). If you are a large person…..good luck. Had to message host to find towels, located in drawer under bed. Minimal toiletries, a few packets of shampoo/body wash. Terrace is a bit of a joke, no view, good for drying laundry I suppose. The AC did not work, bounced back and forth from 26 to 27 degrees, settled on 27 (80.6 F). Contacted owner, who came out but was unable to remedy the situation and minimized the problem. This made for a very uncomfortable night in a building on a narrow street and no air flow. Some rentals set internal controls so the split air unit will not cool below a certain point. Breakfast in nearby cafe, 3 min walk, coffee and pastry. We found another B&B for our last two nights. Owner offered to reimburse half of the total which had been paid. I did not argue as we were just disgusted at this point. At minimum should have returned two nights worth. The poor communication and advertised AC that did not work were deal breakers.

Simple clean bedroom bathroom. Steep steps, lack of a view. Terrace was not as smart as the photos.
