A gorgeous ocean view establishment centrally located in Old Town Monopoli. Easy access to restaurants, shops, bars and beautiful piazzas. Staff was welcoming, unconditionally helpful and informative. The rooms were luxurious filled with wonderful amenities and the views from the sea side window were absolutely incredible. Sleeping here was a complete dream, the pillows and mattress felt like clouds.

Great location. Very clean. When I booked it didn’t say it was a underground room. I only knew it before and had to deal with them to change to another room. When I arrived they tried to place me in a room much smaller but with a sea view for the same price.

The place was charming and has good breakfast. Nice personnel! Room too small!

the view from our room was beautiful; beautiful sunrise;; beautiful full moon view. Loved to hear the crashing of the waves down below. Staff was wonderful. Good selection for breakfast/

Beautiful location, wonderful staff, great breakfast. The room was horribly small, two people couldn’t pass each other, about 8” from the side of the bed to the wall. The bathroom was tiny as well, no place big enough to open a suitcase except on the bed. Would never have stayed if we realized how small the room was, or would have happily upgraded. Avoid the room with the Juliet Balcony, it shouldn’t be allowed to be a hotel room. And the smoke alarm was taped over.

Loved this property and we had an incredible view of the water from our room and it was in a very central location. They were incredibly helpful with our luggage and helping us with transport to places we wanted to go.
