The owner was very nice and accommodating. Very communicative and tried his best to handle any upcoming situation. We were three. It was a little tight with the opened sofa bed but the sofa bed was comfortable. Kitchen good equipped, bathroom tight but had all necessities. Water ran cold fast. 3 people showering after another is too much for the size of the heater. Air conditioning is needed and works great. The pictures on booking are confusing a bit. Upstairs and downstairs apartment pictures are not often clear. Owner sends a clarification after cooking. Would be great to get the clear picture before booking. The city in general has quite a lot of cockroaches. One seemed to have gotten in the apartment on the ground floor. The next day the owner was spraying and cleaning for us again. We really appreciated it. We ate on the last evening on sitting arrangements outside and the cockroaches crawled down the walls. Not the owners fault. Just ruined the mood a bit.

The apartment/house is very special with the different floors and the beautiful terrace with a great view over Monopoli. Beppe is a really nice and very helpful and sympathetic host! We can only recommend this place!

The bathroom is on the smaller side.

Great view from the terace, nice appartment on 4 floors. Too much steps to climb, but it was part of the charm.

The host (Beppe) was very nice and helpful, he picked us up at the airport. The communication was great, I can reccommend. Very nice location in the heart of old town in close vicinity of cute and lively bar. We even got our prosecco served at our balcony.

Beautiful House, perfect location in the old town of Monopoli, awesome roof terrace, very nice host. All in all very pleasant stay and good value for money! Watch out on the stairs or you might hit your head!

Right in the middle of the old town - great location. Balcony was utterly wonderful, especially for sunset gazing. Very spacious for the two of us and enjoyed using all the amenities. There was AC in every room and the windows sufficiently blocked the noise from outside. Bathroom was a little small.

The terrace roof was unbelievable!! Incredible location Cute unique house Very friendly host! Shower was a bit small and the stairs were sometimes annoying but not much too complain about at all.

Beppe’s place is absolutely wonderful! Sparkling clean, very nice decorated, complete amenities, it has everything you need for a holiday! Beppe is extremely nice and helpful, is was a pleasure to have a host like him! The location is close to everything, right in the historic centre, near the beach, just few minutes from all the good restaurants in Monopoli. Don’t hesitate to book this place, is absolutely excellent!❤️ We liked everything!

Exceptional

Great location in the old town so you can walk anywhere, the house is a traditional town house with lots of character and roof terrace. The host Beppe is very friendly and was really helpful when our baby needed a doctor. Highly recommended. Not ideal for pushchair bevause of steps getting in but older child loved it

The place has a lovely vibe. Everything we needed was available. The place has a small table with two chairs outside on the street, dedicated for the guests which made you feel as a local Italian. On the top of that, you can enjoy wine tasting in the evenings, as there is a nice winebar just in front of it. If you stay here on the 19th March you will see the Bonfires of San Giuseppe.

Great location, good space for 2 people, good kitchen! The host was very nice and helpful, we appreciated a lot that he brought some local pastries and spent time giving us tips of Monopoli and Puglia region. Very sweet! Hot water ends fast in the shower, but it was a problem only because we visited during the winter.

Very comfortable apartment, beautiful interiors. Helpful owner, helped organize excursions and recommended places to go. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a kitchen. Excellent location across from the wonderful Baldovino winery. Highly recommend! Pepe also thanks for the nice welcome and help with keys all ok

The location was just perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional and helped us with everything that we needed. Highly recommend.
