Internet was in and out and it's important when traveling if you rely on wifi. The one TV was working and not working. I inquired about it and it was fixed asap but then stopped working again. I would suggest two things as a traveler- a shelf in the shower so we can put our soap and shampoo/conditioner. Also, access to one US TV station would be good. All TV was in Italian. An Iron would be great too.

Location and cleanliness Lack of windows

The location was excellent, easy check in and out process and hosts are very nice and welcoming!

The location is beautiful and the breakfast terrace is lovely. The beds are very hard, the heater tank makes a lot of noise at night and there was early morning construction every day. No WiFi the entire stay.

Lots of space - kitchen, dining room, washing machine, balcony, large bedroom Location easily walkable in Monopoli Cesare was a great host, he brought breakfast to our room both mornings and talked through any questions we had about the B&B.

Location was great. The host ( Caesar) was charming and very helpful. Breakfast area on the terrace was lovely and breakfast choices varied each day. Our room ( triple comfort) was large but no windows to the outside. Saw a couple of their other rooms and they were smaller but had windows and more modern.

Location was wonderful! Such a quaint home with amazing charm. We loved it, there was nothing to not like.

This property was amazing! It was located in the city center right on the Adriatic Sea close to everything and anything you would want to see. It was large with so many amenities! It had a complete kitchen living room combination! A beautiful stone bedroom and very nice shower/bath. Breakfast was included and it wasn’t just a croissant! It was in a different rooftop building where you could sit and look at the Adriatic Sea while you enjoyed yogurt, fruit, coffee cakes and more! We didn’t have English on many of the TV’s in the hotels, apartments, B&B’s on our 5 week stay! But this owner went above and beyond by having a TV repair person come immediately and we had TV in English which was fantastic! I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment! Sincerely Joanne and Tim Conte New Hampshire USA The property was amazing in every aspect

The rooms were very comfortable. The terrace on top was a big plus, for breakfast and some wine in the evening with a view to the sea. All attractions and restaurants are nearby.

Cesare is so nice, charming, and helpful. The room is the perfect location in centro storico with a comfortable bed and clean facilities. We got in late and Cesare was very flexible and helpful in getting us settled. Grazie, Cesare!

We booked the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with terrace with sea view situated on via Margo no 3. This building consists of 2 apartments- we were on the upper floor with the deck situated one floor higher. You enter via kitchen- into second bedroom in order to access master bedroom. This works fine for families but probably not for two couples. The apartment was clean, spacious and has a tiny balcony with amazing view. I would recommend the property add a little chair on balcony so that you don’t have to go upstairs for the view. The property manager Cesare was easily reachable via what’s app and had many recommendations for car rental and tours. I would suggest liaising with him if you need assistance to book tours etc . Cesare provided us with contact who was able to pick us up from train station and bring us to the apartment with all of our luggage for 15 euros with the tuk tuk I assumed that booking included breakfast based on reviews that I had read. This was not included. The kitchen would have benefited from a coffee maker ( using pods), a toaster oven and basic amenities such as tea, coffee and sugar. The second bedroom didn’t cool down as well as the master bedroom as the air conditioner was situated in the kitchen. Leaving the master bedroom door open allowed the second bedroom to cool down. The wifi worked well in the kitchen and the second bedroom but was non existent in the master bedroom. Unfortunately the main beach next to the apartment is closed for renovation till next year. We accessed local beaches (Porto Rosso- 16 minute walk- (lounge chairs 10 euro), Capitolo Beach- we used Giando with his tuk tuk to access private beach (Bella Fresca-60 euros for 3 lounge chairs and umbrella). We also went to Polignano ( however beaches in Monopoli much nicer)

Beautiful little condo great for a couple looking to explore monopoli and Puglia!

If you're there on a weekend or holiday there is a busy bar below that has very loud music past midnight ( and garbage collected early am) Also lots of stairs as it's on 3 floors...

Contact with Cesare was very good, he was always responsive and quick. The location was great, in the centro storico of Monopoli. The fact that one cannot come to the apartment with the car was not an issue, it was always a nice walk through the old town. The apartment was nicely prepared and had everything we needed for the stay. We did not plan to cook much, made only one simple pasta dinner so one plate cooker was sufficient. It could be challenging for bigger cooking plans. The big fridge with integrated water and ice dispenser was great. The terrace was a nice touch and we could sit there despite the very strong wind, because it had some wind protection. We were unlucky with the weather and the apartment was quite cold, since it's an old building.

Excellent location. The staff is very polite and helpful. And the best cappuccino ?.

The location was perfect to get around the beautiful monopoli. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Cesare was so nice to deal with and made us feel so welcome. That we couldn't stay longer

The property was really nice and clean with amazing location , staff were nice. breakfast had no variety and quality, it was in an open balcony which in the cold is very bad, the view of the sea is very discreet far from what I expected however as I said the staff was nice and the property amazing for the money.
-
Great location on the edge of the old town, close to the parking lot and lots of eating places within walking distance. Nice apartment with terrace.
-
Fantastic stay, in a beautiful location, with great amentities and lovely breakfast every morning. Our room/house, and in particular the gorgeus roof terrace, exceeded expectations, and our host Cesare was very helpful throughout our stay. Nothing - our stay was pretty much perfect.

A very pleasant stay and we especially thank Cesare for being sucha great and friendly host. We also loved the breakfast, for its taste and the beautiful location. We will definitely come back one day!
