Very nice room but there is room fragrance that I do not like and also there is no shade/ darl curtains so sun rises in the room and main building lights in the room at night Breakfast is not good very weak

It's a beautiful, quiet, and quite private place, a boutique hotel for a few people. It has a fantastic garden for events, with ample parking. Beautiful view of the olive groves The hotel's location is good, but it's recommended to have a vehicle to get from one place to another; otherwise, it would be difficult. It is located about 15 minutes from the nearest town, and is on the outskirts with access to the highway.

Breakfast was excellent. Very quiet and clean. Garden was amazing . Everyone was very helpful We had very pleasant stay. Special thanks to Giada for being so nice and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful villa close to the beach. Very clean and modern. The grounds are beautiful. Staff at the hotel were kind. They prepared espresso for us in the morning and also had some pastries the first morning we arrived. They also helped us book chairs at the beach and invited us to have drinks at their other property in Polignano a Mare.
