Amazing location in the heart of the old town. Really comfortable room and had everything we needed.

Great location!

The location is amazing, and room is very nice with window, wish we knew there is a rooftop to visit. Overall it is a good place, hard to find while driving, but we made it. My GPS for sure took me around in the old city without knowing what to expect. To understand how the breakfast works was complicated but we managed at the end.

The breakfast is only a coffee and a croissant.

Was located in the heart of the old town, with the waterfront, beach, and dozens of restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Was easy to check in and amenities were great. Even a restaurant right downstairs. Valeria is incredibly kind and was thoughtful throughout our stay.

The location was great. The shared kitchen was large and had a nice double door shared balcony. Was expecting 1 King bed and 3 pull out couches sized room. Instead cots were added to the one room. Not really breakfast included. Just a coffee with a croissant. Rooftop patio had a decent view except for smell of the kitchen exhaust.

Historical modern room in the best place of the town. You have bars and restaurants just under knees. There is espresso available in the morning and a nice breakfast in the bar just out the door is included.. A small technical problem was solved from the nice host immediately, even at a very unfortunate time. Just to recommend

Location was great in the middle of the historic center, bed was comfortable. Hostess respond quickly. Coffee shop in the first floor was good and convenient. I stayed for 4 nights but no room services any day. I thought cleaning services was every three days. Room is nice but I wish it would have a bigger window but the common dining room area does. The area was very pretty, the breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was nice. There were some nice shops and restaurants close by. The closest beach was completely closed, which was disappointing. There were things to use like towels, bedding, and soaps. The tv wasn’t so easy to use or find English language shows on. It wasn’t easy to sleep there. The others in and around the building were noisy all thru the night. There was banging noises every night for some reason. Lights were left on in the shared areas even thru the night. I know this is true of a lot of apartment type rooms. We enjoyed our stay overall. It’s a very pretty place. The owner communicated and was nice.

Exceptional

I liked the room's decor, and the bed was quite comfortable. The rooftop was enjoyable, even though some of the chairs were a bit worn. I also appreciated that breakfast was included. I stayed there over a long weekend, hoping for a relaxing experience, but it turned out to be a bit too noisy for me. I didn’t realize that the street and square where the building is located are very busy, as I wasn’t familiar with the town. Additionally, the bathroom had a humidity issue and noticeable mold, creating an unpleasant smell that spread into the bedroom.

Great central location. Good breakfast at adjacent cafe. Nice room. Insufficient gradient and slow to drain shower cubicle. Flooded the bathroom and bedroom on first attempt. Used a rolled towel to help with door seal thereafter and improved but poor design. Odd use of corner shelving unit in bathroom next to toilet so limited knee space. This unit should be removed and replaced with shelving higher up.

Great location and room/ bathroom were very nice. Great to have cafe/restaurant directly below us for breakfast. 2 of the sun loungers ( as in photos) were broken and only one could be sat on. This was a real shame as we would have all liked to sit and relax on the roof terrace, which had lovely views. Check in was ok but parking was very tricky and we often had to park quite a long way away.

The location was very convenient. Contrary to what is shown on the website, the property does not provide breakfast. Instead, we were told to go to a nearby cafe though no details were shared on how to pay for the breakfast. We were only told on our second morning how to make sure our breakfast costs were covered. This 'included' breakfast was pretty meagre. Communication with our host was all via WhatsApp. There were no physical staff present at the site.
