No air conditioning, very small room
-
Only the convenient location. The staff was friendly. Rooms were horrible and it was sooo hot in there.

Location is good for visiting St Michelle Small
-
No AC

Excellent location. There is a free ride that stops every 5 minutes and take you to Mont Saint Michel. Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety. This is not an issue with the hotel itself, but there are only a few dining options in the surrounding area, and reservations are usually required.

Amazing location and very friendly staff who were eager to help in any way they could. Bus stop for Mont Saint-Michel right across the street. No elevator (but only 2 floors max so not too bad).

Hotel is close to bus station from/to pontorson train station and free shuttle to Mont Saint Michel Bathroom is clean and room clean every day. No air conditioning. Room has a fan but still too warm. When I open windows then we heard loud noise from cars and shuttles bypassed There need a gate code to enter Mont Saint Michel and this area have not much taxis and uber could not enter so If you need Taxi or Uber to should arrange in advance a day before. I almost miss my train back to Paris with with two hours in advance planning. Pay attention to bus schedule

Great location! No air conditioning
-
No air conditioning, which we knew, but they also ran out of extra fans.
-
Excellent location. Across the bus shuttle stop and a short walk to Mont Saint Michel. Easy parking. Hotel is nice but very basic. Room was ready after 5pm.
-
It was easy to find and easy close to the shuttle bus and the bus to pontorson. Late check in compared to most hotels. The check in was 5 pm. But they did allow us to leave our luggage there.

Location, staff Rooms could be a little more spacious

Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. The free shuttle to Mont-Saint-Michel is located right across the street and is very convenient to use. It is also simple to walk there from the hotel. The breakfast was decent and inexpensive, though not amazing, but it’s hard to find anything else before 11:30am on the Mont so I recommend taking it. The parking lot view from the rooms, but I assume everyone comes to spend all day at Mont-Saint-Michel so it doesn’t really matter.

Perfect hotel, must go, excellent price ,very nice room, polite staff

Great location in the little town just outside Mount Saint Michel with very frequent bus service back-and-forth so you can get there very easily. It’s also walking distance. The hotel was nice – had a good breakfast in the mornings and I liked that they had family rooms. Our room had a loft and the kids slept upstairs which they thought was really fun. The staff was super nice and helpful as well. An elevator would have been nice just for luggage :)

Friendly staff. Close to the shuttle to Mont St. Michel. It was also close to the shuttle back to the train station. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel the day of checkout so that we could explore Mont St. Michel.
-
The hotel was in a great location with a free shuttle to Le Mont Saint Michel. There were fire ants all over the floor in our bathroom. The breakfast room was over crowded and there wasn’t any real organization and people were just grabbing food in front of others and little kids were running around the service area grabbing food while the parents ignored the behavior. The hotel staff did not say anything to the families.
-
The room, the perfect location next to the Mont We had no clear information about how to get a shuttle at 6am to be at the Mont at 6.45am for the pray. We arrived a bit late and no restaurants still open in the area at 9pm.
-
The room was ordinary but comfortable, and dinner was available at two hotel restaurants on adjacent properties. The location was very good for an early shuttle ride and visit to Mont St. Michel. We're just not fans of "institutional" hotels, but this was fine in every other respect.
-
perfect location to visit Mt. St. Michel. I'm not a fan of carpeted hotels / rooms, but that's my preference as I feel a hard floor would be cleaner
