Big windows, nice bathrooms, comfy, bed à real desk. We had a carafe but no cups, no spoons, and no stirrers. Also no creamer. No grab bars in à very slick bathtub. No glasses or plastic cups for water

First of all the best is location you can walk around to saint michel breakfast is very good hiwever its too hot during summer and notice that the towels are smelly. I didnt like is when i check in there is electric fan when i went out for lunch after i came back they took out the fan inside my room the whole afternoon is too hot.

New renovated, Very clean No AC, No fan, No elevator, the window of the room is not openable. Apparently it’s like a steaming box in the summer. Two different passwords needed for the main gate and main entrance, I didn’t get any notice or text msg from the hotel prior to arrival regarding the pass code issue. Check in place is in a different location, about 2 minutes by driving or 8-10 mins by walking. Breakfast is just ok.

It was a good location and very nice property. There was a lovely pool but our schedule didn’t allow us to use it. Nothing, it was great. They even had a washer and dryer if you needed and a section with maps and brochures of the nearby chateaus

The stay was okay overall. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location — it's very convenient for visiting Mont Saint-Michel, with a shuttle bus stop located nearby, making it easy to get to the castle without any hassle. The breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection of options to choose from and enough variety to start the day comfortably. On the downside, the room felt quite dated and could have been cleaner. Another issue was the check-in process: check-in takes place at a different hotel, but we only found out about this from previous guest reviews. It would be helpful if this information were communicated more clearly before arrival.

Having the check in take place in a different building was really annoying. We got in around 22:50 and had to go back and forth several times after an exhausting 6 hour drive because the first key didn’t work, the second key let us into a room that was already occupied and interrupted a couple reading in bed, and the third to go back with the concierge as we were finally let into another room. I hope that other couple got their stay comped…

Very convenient to Mont St Michel and the shuttle stop was right outside the front door! Room was exactly as shown in pics (short a couple of extra pillows) & they were delivered shortly after requesting. The instructions thru Booking.com said they would send us a code to the gate but we never received it. Until a lady showed up at that gate to help folks we couldn't get in. And then once we got in we had to drive down to a different hotel to check in and get keys. No one was on site at our bldg. Also one guy told us breakfast (for a fee of 16euro per person) would start at 10 a.m. but it was served much earlier & we made other plans.

Nothing There wasn’t AC in the room. Management didn’t reply to our emails. We couldn’t get into the area where the hotel was located. We didn’t receive a code to enter a security point. To get the key you should go to another hotel’s reception.

Great breakfast and location.

No air conditioning. Rooms are new and well maintained, but outside areas look unkempt. Hotel needs better communication. The parking area is restricted, no code was sent by email, we had to call. There were a lot of cars turning back due to this issue. The check in is in another close by area, we had to drive there after arriving to the actual hotel.

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the stop for the free shuttle to Saint-Michel, with the ride taking only about 5 minutes. There is also a parking area near the hotel with plenty of available spaces, which is very convenient. The breakfast was good, offering a standard European selection. The bathroom was spacious, and it was nice to have a separate toilet. The room was very small and felt quite cramped for two people, with very limited space. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the room and only need a place to sleep, the hotel has everything you need

Walking distance to Mont Saint Michel Where to start… - no hot water in the shower - bath tub clogged - no working phone to call reception - zero staff on site - look and feel of a cheap motel
-
Really small room, no windows in the bathroom, many of the restraints closed
-
Property was modern, clean, rooms at nice size beds, comfortable opening window and excellent free parking. Great breakfast variety of items to choose from. I don’t have any negative comments
-
Proximity to Mt Saint Michel and had a few restaurants available.
-
Price point of experience. Very small rooms.
-
The cleanliness of it When they had to move the reception from another place (which is a little bit of a bummer) but other than that, everything is great
-
the bed was comfortable. The room had a nice size for u people. The bad smell when you turn on the shower. Nad on the sink we found some grubs.
-
The room was very good, but the check in process was confusing.
