The hotel was very noisy. The loud sounds woke my husband and I up. I called the front desk and nothing! I’m not sure I would stay again.

The cleanliness of the bathroom during our stay was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. When my mother went to use the bath towel, she found a large amount of hair all over the towel. There was also hair scattered throughout the bathroom, to the point that my mother had to clean it up herself. This was completely unacceptable for a hotel room. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk staff, but we were told that the General Manager was not at the hotel at the time and that we should contact them by email regarding the matter. I therefore emailed the Assistant General Manager to report the incident. However, we never received an apology, an explanation, or even a response to the email. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing and made the situation even worse. This trip was particularly meaningful to our family, as it was my parents’ last overseas vacation. We ended up staying at this hotel unexpectedly because our flight was canceled due to a hurricane. Unfortunately, what should have been a special trip has been overshadowed by this extremely unpleasant experience. While the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable in itself, the way the hotel handled our complaint was even more disappointing. We promptly reported the issue, followed the instructions given to us by the front desk, and contacted management by email, yet we received no response whatsoever. After this experience and the way our complaint was handled, I have no intention of ever staying at this hotel again.

Late afternoon front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming!

Spanish World Cup soccer team was staying here when we were and there was a ton of security everywhere. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I suggest just knowing that a lot of celebrities will use this hotel because of its proximity to the ciity.

Location and its proximity to walk to shops and restaurants. The parking situation wasn’t ideal.

Our room was beautiful and CLEAN. Love the design of the bathroom- down to the fabulous fixtures. Cleaning staff was so friendly as well as the valet staff. Would definitely return. Thank you for perfection!

Beautiful hotel and location. Plenty of food options everywhere. We were able to take a transit train to NYC for a day trip with no problem. Felt very safe. Beautiful surrounding neighborhoods if you’re an explorer type.

Love, love, love this hotel. Whenever I am in NJ I stay here! No disappointments so far!
