The property was quiet, prefect for a quick getaway. Staff seem a bit irritated with guest but still willing to help.

First time staying in this hotel. Hotel itself was great. The front office staff had some trouble when asked anything out of the ordinary and had trouble coming up with a solution. We wanted to stay late and they had trouble with the answer and finally said it was a $75 fee to have a one hour late checkout, which I find annoying!

It was clean and very quiet. Staff was excellent from check in to check out. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Clean and spacious room with a rental rate that included breakfast. Great to have a fridge (with no mini bar) and a microwave. The complimentary water bottles and generous bath accessories were a plus. There was no wifi or internet service and no alternative. The two phones in the room did not work. Both issues were know to the establishment and guests were not proactively informed. The bfast was advertised as hot, but is best described as a deluxe continental breakfast, or a hot continental breakfast. The bfast consisted of a warm pre-packaged egg & sausage biscuit sandwich, a waffle iron, various bread and pastries, a toaster, dry cereal, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee.

Helpful staff, ample free parking, clean. A tad dated but the hotel seems to be updating with vibrant colors. Welcoming patio with shading umbrellas in a relaxing area, Exceptional for the price.

Would be nice to have newer and fully working microwave. AC is too big, too loud and too strong for the room size, makes it impossible to be near it while it is working. Thank you.

Staff has always been welcoming and accommodating -- top notch. Please improve the coffee in lobby and rooms and fix AC in workout room. Other than that, we will continue to pick this place as comfortable, pleasant, and safe.
