Clean room and great air conditioning

The staff was very kind and helpful!

Overall clean hotel, just some minor attention to details were missed but stay was cozy. I didn't eat breakfast even though my partner said everything was freshly made, she said the French toast was the best she ever had. The pool worked and was open after 9:30 am though it was highly chlorinated. Gym was clean we utilized that as well.

The staff at breakfast was incredibly nice and at check-in was informative. The maintenance person was courteous and efficient while other staff barely spoke or did not speak. The room was tidy but we did have to contact maintenance and the sink was braced with wood. There was a stain on the carpet and stains on the couch cushions and garbage in hallways and the elevator. It seemed like no soundproofing as we heard every step people above us made and noise from adjoining rooms and the hallway. Overall the room had neat features like automatic shades and Bluetooth enabled bathroom mirrors, but the noise, cleanliness and some of the staff would make us pass on this property in the future.

Broken desk chair, dirty sofa, very noisy. Could hear people walking like elephants on floor above, conversations next door, and everything in the hallway all night long. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was decent and staff was very accommodating.

While being a good hotel with helpful staff, it was noisy because of the main roads around the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful. Checkin seemed to take a long time long lines

Great staff at this hotel. Shopping center nearby eliminating the cost of food and snacks as there is a fridge, with a Keurig coffee machine and a microwave in the room.

First person who greeted us was super rude. Second person wasn’t openly rude but wasn’t friendly either.

Everything about this property is wonderful. The rooms, the hallways, the restaurant, the check-in area, everything was clean. The staff is warm and friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.
