Comfortable bed

No cream or sugar in room for coffee and there was no coffee available until 7aM in lobby. Bathtub was dirty. yuck

Clean room . Limited parking. Efficient air conditioning. Great location. Close to many restaurants and shopping

It would be nice to have two glasses in each room, I had to go to the bar to borrow glasses and had some trouble doing so initially.

the hotel clean from the moment I checked in the bathroom was immaculate, and all the common areas were well maintained. I did have one disappointing experience. One of the housekeeping staff members was not welcoming when I requested additional towels. She seemed unpleasant and did not respond in a friendly or courteous manner. A simple smile and a more positive attitude would have made a big difference.

Yess c’est vraiment malade

The location is great . Good parking area. Clean enough . However, the room feels cluttered because of too much furniture for small room . Of note, for the amount of money they charge you, they could provide continental breakfast! Most hotels does!

Please respond. I’ve written twice w no response. We stayed in room 333 on friday July 10. At about 830 am, a housekeeper knocked on our door we responded No but she barged in the room we were having coffee on patio. She walked through our room to balcony. All our open luggage, money was out. She asked when we were Checking out ? We said 1100. We told all this to your desk manager she was shocked. We did not have time to discuss with housekeeping manager. Please respond.

Property was nice, well maintained. It would’ve been better if complimentary breakfast was included.

I stood and waited to order food - from the bistro- with my 7 year old. The woman was on the phone, told me to give her a second. I waited 10 minutes, listening to her private/personal conversation, before I just ordered food from Grubhub

The staff was very kind and friendly.

The rugs on the flooring smells as wet. The communication among staff is poorly communicated. I was interrupted from my sleep twice, even though I paid full price for fewer hours. The staff failed to place my correct checkout time and the house keepers kept banging on my door.
