Nice location. Staff was very friendly A pity that they don’t have a parking. You have to buy at the front desk a parking ticket from the city, 4 euros per day but that doesn’t mean you have a fixed parking spot. We’re lucky because someone in front of the hotel left so we could take his place. If not you have to drive around till you find a parking place

Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful property, the staff are professional and friendly. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable.

The mix of the old architecture, classic features and some modern elements and the location. Thin walls / doors that you can hear your neighbors very clearly as if they were in your room. Some stairs when coming out of elevator = surprise of an old European hotel. Some rooms could get some sensitive updating (meaning changing some carpets and colors would go a long way) without changing the character of the hotel

I prefer a softer pillow and always like a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, but all was fone.

Good location & Clean & nice staff

The hotel is excellent, clean, friendly staff and very central in location. The evening meal was not as good as I had expected from friends who had visited this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to visitors to MONTECATINI. T`he eveningmeal ini the hotel restaurant........far below par. Too much salt used in he dishes I ate. The breakfas was acceptable but the coffee was almost undrinkable. They should serve coffee from the hotel bar

Room is very rundown and outdated. The bed was extremely hard and could feel springs in the mattress, making it a difficult sleep. The towels very threadbare, you could see through them in parts because they were so worn down. Carpet, while i'm sure it was vacuumed, looked dirty and old. Overall this place needs a real update.

Noisy

it is in great need of major upgrade. Everything is old and prehistoric. Old fashioned furniture and ancients rooms/ bathrooms. Our room was above the restaurant and it was very noisy till 1:000 AM.

Good location and communication prior to arrival- nice sized room and clean The hotel is a bit dated and old elevators could be hard for some to manage luggage

Great location and friendly staff We had a glowing light in the room that was hard to dim in the night

Service, clean I liked everything. Strongly recommend for new clients as a very place for stay . A slightest point - the ac in our room was not working at its best . I believe it was an exceptional disorder

The hotel is in a nice location. In a relatively upscale neighborhood. The only problem is finding a parking space. One thing I didn't like about the hotel is the parking problem. If you stay there on the weekend, it is very difficult to find a parking space in the evening. Secondly, I think the hotel staff was not polite enough. On the evening of the first day, we asked for extra towels they didn't give them to us, which I think was very rude.

Location was great as was the staff but those were the only 2 positive things. Definitely needs some updates. Lobby furniture was disgraceful. Our room was extremely small and only had 2 very small drawers for clothes. The shower was even smaller. Couldn’t even turn around without hitting the sides. Had a smell each time we walked into the room.

The staff is very kind. The staff can answer any question that you have. We have stayed here probably 10 times in 10 years. Always happy.
