Great location if you like the buzz of a downtown core. Lovely courtyard and common facilities… an oasis in the middle of town. On-site parking is great, but the underground parking garage was a challenge even for a small car to enter or exit.

Very good, friendly staff and environment. Clean and warm

Very convenient to the center of town. Breakfast was not worth $12. Gluten free was very limited for 3 of us. Same breakfast every morning. Didn’t like being constantly watched and monitored while dining. I was charged for a family room for two people. An extra $400. Nothing extra in the room, just a tiny but more floor space. That should’ve been corrected but I was told that’s what I booked for my daughter and granddaughter. I know that we booked a family room for our other daughter and her two daughters. Asked for rooms to be close, they were not. Charged $4 for a bottle of water. I get it that it’s a business but in 95 degree weather, some perks could have been offered.

The location was perfect and walkable to multiple shops and restaurants. Parking is limited, so I would recommend that anyone with a vehicle reserve the inside garage or outside parking. The best thing about this hotel is the coziness of its location and the staff. Of my travels throughout Tuscany on this trip, I had the best guest experience with the Hotel Reale. From check-in to checkout, every staff member I had contact with was outstanding and made me and my family feel special. The only thing that I had a minor issue with was the bed (I had a single room with a twin bed - #223) was a little firmer than I like. The bedding was nice and comfortable but the mattress itself needed some padding. I would recommend a memory foam mattress cover. But even with that, I wouldn’t have traded my room for its balcony view, which I loved.

The hotel itself was in a good location and was very clean & comfortable We were booked as bed & breakfast but, whilst we would pick this hotel again, we would probably book the room only, and not bother with breakfast.

Very central. Especially good for the station The bathroom was very bad. Dirty shower curtain and the handle for getting in and out of the bath came away in my hand . Not good but we managed

Friendly staff, good location We were half board, food was ok, would have liked the vegetables warmer that were on the buffet

It was a great stay at the Hotel Reale. Very well placed to explore around. And the vintage style decor is a plus. The pool is charming although I wasn't able to use it because the weather wasn't' good enough. The staff was very nice, special mention to the lady at the desk who was lovely. If you see this please contact me. The small size of the shower and i think a little refresh would be interesting without breaking the vintage style.

The hotel was really lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was filling. The room was big and we enjoyed having the balcony. The hotel is in a good position, easy walking to everything, having the pool was a bonus. The garage for parking is a little tight . We really enjoyed our stay and can see why people come back. The shower/bath in our room is an accident waiting to happen. It needs taking out and just a shower put in. It was our only complaint.

The staff was extremely nice, the location was superb, the ambient was awesome and the food was good. Bathrooms were small, also the rooms looked older and had older furniture and our climate didn't work.

Location and staff, parking available The rooms were very basic

Good, fairly central location. On site parking - chargeable Friendly, helpful staff - gave recommendations for dinner (Imperiale - which was great) and for a lovely gelateria. They also were happy to prepare a light lunch for us when we arrived after the dining room had closed. Spacious bedroom with good wardrobe space and OK bathroom Nice pool area - 3 Euro charge for a towel - but it's fairly shaded with limited sun-loungers / seating No phone in bedroom. Rather noisy neighbourhood.

Location excellent Breakfast disapointing
-
A very well run family hotel in a perfect location The beds were not uncomfortable but could have been improved by a bit more comfort . The bar area was a bit hit and miss and had limited choice particularly of non alcoholic drinks including non alcoholic beers or long mixer style drinks .
-
The pool and closeness to shops and restaurants Not enough towels, shower was very very small. Not enough plug sockets. Room looked like they needed painting. Lots of marks on the walls.
