The room is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The wifi is spotty in the room. There is no water kettle. We had drainage overflow issue in the shower, but it was promptly fixed. We can hear people from other rooms. There are cracks on the walls in the room. It's an old hotel. We have to lock/unlock the front door of the place whenever we leave/come back.

Considering it is a 1 star hotel it does its job well - the room was simple but clean, just like the bathroom. Value for money. all good

It’s very quaint and charming in a nice small town . There was no air conditioning in the room I selected and I wasn’t fully aware at the time I did the booking and Italy in July is scorching. Also there were no kettle or glasses , or ice or any simple things one might need during a stay there. Those things are basic but unfortunately there wasn’t anything.

The location is very good, the building is nice and the staff is polite. The room itself is very noisy because a part of the other room (I think bathroom) is partically "inserted" in this room and you can hear other people. The bathroom is outdated and needs a renovation. Matresses are not very comfortable. Other than that, the room is nice.

Great location, near both train stations in Montecatini and center of the town. Staff was very pleasent and helpful.

Good location & very clean Mattresses could use a foam topper/ thick mattress cover, especially since twin beds are put together to make one bed

The furniture and decoration are old, but that's so normal for Italy so I don't take it as a big minus.
