It would have been more convenient if there had been a shelf in the shower for toiletries.

The building is so beautiful, staff are so nice, and amazing location. I absolutely would come back here again. The town itself was amazing too!

Location excellent staff helpful

Food was delicious. Buffet with wonderful choices and coffee, juices, water. They were. They were very accommodating . Everything was fine. I enjoyed myself . I would return.

Great hotel for an astonishingly low price. Parts of the installations look a bit retro, but everything is in excellent condition, very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptional. The location is very convenient. The air conditioning worked extremely well. It was hard to find the entrance door. The content of the shampoo sachets is laughable. At first, I thought they were empty of how little shampoo they had. My room was a bit noisy at night due to a nearby air conditioning unit.

The location of this hotel is very near all the attractions that Montecatini Terme has to offer. It's close to shopping and restaurants which you can walk to from here. The hotel staff, front desk and maid service, were very accommodating and extremely nice. The hotel is quite old and has seen better days. It desperately needs a face lift. It does not have parking (you have to find your own and we knew that as we have stayed in Montecatini before). The rooms are not super clean and the bathrooms are old and rustic. No frills whatsoever is a good way to describe it. There is only breakfast to be had, although this was good. They do not serve drinks or food otherwise.

Very clean, kind staff, spacy room

Lovely welcome and friendly staff, even allowed us to leave our bags in the room while visiting Florence for the day. Central location. Only drawback is no tea/coffee facilities or a kettle in the room

Good location, some minutes walk from Montecatini terme centro railway station, good choise of cafes and shops close to hotel and polite welcoming service in hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in the heart of an amazing city with easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. With a less than one-hour distance to Florence, Lucca, or Viareggio by train, Montecatini Terme has become my new favorite place in Tuscany. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay with outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
