The young ladies working at the desk were so nice and helpful with taxi arrangements, room needs, and reservations. We were in the suite with two rooms. We had to prop the doors open with chairs. It would be nice to have door stops for the doors.

Staff were super friendly and location was great. Car park was great and easily accessible to elevators. We had a room with a little balcony and we sat outside in the afternoon with a bottle of wine enjoying the views. Highly recommend. Nothing.

We attended a Wedding at Terme Tettuccio and found the hotel's location fantastic. The room was a good size. The hotel was an easy walk to anywhere within the town.

The location is perfect near the thermal springs, great parking, the room is cozy, comfortable and quiet.

A lovely Italian hotel, and a beautiful setting. Clean comfortable and everything worked properly. I wish the air conditioner would have allowed it to be a little cooler. It would be nice to have a bathrobe and access to some thermal springs.

Location in the middle of town was excellent The hotel is really old, it is not a 4 star hotel in our opinion. It needs a thorough renovation, furniture is old, bed is old... Staff is ok, not unfriendly but also not welcoming.
