Very friendly staff, especially the young guy ship Matteo was exceptionally helpful. The Russian woman also was very helpful and very nice. Was regular continental buffet with enough choices and especially exceptional fruit bowl that were incredibly tasty. The building itself is the older building, which is kind of need an update doors are shaking, and you can hear anybody in the next three rooms down the corridor. everything is old and kind of falling apart. It’s still doable, but it’s needed to be updated.

Ok location and breakfast The room is said to have air condition. But it didn't work. It was extremely hot kn the room as it was 35 degrees C outside that day. I complained multiple times, but they did not manage to fix it. I then asked for a refund, but they was unable to give me that.

Location was good, 7 min distance to the Montercatini station. Breakfast staff was kind and careful with the needs of the customers It is quite an old hotel, so some items could be replaced (as the iron I asked to borrow and I could not control the heating level of it)

The hotel may be old, but it is impeccably clean. Situated in the heart of Montecatini, it offers easy access to the train station which is only 3 minutes away, making it convenient to visit places like Firenze or Lucca. The staff is genuine and always willing to lend a hand. There is a short corridor leading to my bed in my room. However, I have noticed that the wifi connection is weak when I am in bed. I hope the hotel can improve this for future guests.
