Location, helpfulness of staff, adequate breakfast, quick response to any problem with room, nearby pool. No shelf space in room.

The location was within easy walking distance of the station. I received a warm welcome from the staff and was very pleased with the size of my room. The breakfast was outstanding. I can't think of anything.

Breakfast choice was good with a selection of foods, location close to centre and train station, staff helpful. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like apart from the shutter was difficult to close, it was a little old fashioned

Staff was helpful and very polite. Cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was good also. Very good stay overall in a good location in Montecatini terme. We have some small problem when someone occupied reserved parking space, but staff was helpful and we parked nearby that night. Thanks to night watchman

Big, comfy room and bathroom. Good location for exloring Florence and Tuskany. Breakfast - there is a huge variaty of sweets, compared to just a few savoury items. If you are staying for a few days, it would be great to have more savoury breakfast options to choose from.

Good position and friendly staff. Pretty big room. The room was very cold and no way to turn the heat on. The bathroom had wall damages and the shower doors were leaking. Parking is available if you find place and payable, if I remember correctly is 10 euros per day and the hotel gives you a printed voucher to expose on the dashboard of your car Definitely not a 4* hotel maybe between 2-3*. Not good value for money

Well located All types of noises are heard from the room, streets noises can be heard even with the windows closed, and everything that happens in the other rooms can also be clearly heard (showers, flushes, steps, voices, etc.). The room and the water smelled bad. Bed was uncomfortable. I do not recomment this facility, as many aspects should be reviewed.

Location and price and precious knowledge Some inattentive staff, breakfast staff great, cleaners great, receptionists not generally interested other than check in and check out. Night porter guy was very good though

Not too far from the station. Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. We were half board, and the evening meals were great for trying néw things. Four courses were too much for us, you order your main meal each morning at breakfast Nothing
