A classic period room. The bed was very comfortable. None

Nice old historic building located on the main street of old town. Very friendly host/owner. Convenient parking in a public lot a short walk down the hill behind the B&B; reservation required with owner, no cost. Make sure you take the road to the right of the town entrance gate and not the gate into the ZTL. Very large room and bathroom with small walk-in shower, large king-size bed. WIFI, A/C, TV, refrigerator and desk. Breakfast provided at a local café, limited to one pastry and coffee. The mattress was very hard, like sleeping on a wood floor, actually hurt to sleep on. Not a big negative but be aware that most Italian B&B’s / hotels air dry their towels, so they are stiff and coarse. Also, typical of most European hotels, they don’t provide wash clothes, we always bring our own. Shampoo and conditioner are limited, or of poor quality. Very limited number of electric outlets due to old age of the building. No luggage rack.

Difficulty to get to hotel from train station.

Great location - very nice host - room and bathroom were enormous, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast cafe was perfect. Plenty of places to put your things in the room, small fridge was nice addition and AC worked great. View was lovely from Room #2. shower was a little tight and nowhere to put your shower things

Excellent location, very big and quiet room and many coffee shops, restaurants and shops close by.

Fantastic location, charming rooms, everything you need!

I love the property. So historic and perfect location in Montepulciano! Leaving the b&b and stepping onto the street makes you feel like a local resident. Everything is nearby, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I truly enjoyed my stay. HUGE ROOMS AND BATHROOM! Natural sunlight!

This was the most comfortable stay of my 10 day Italian vacation. The location is central, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are huge (a better word is stunning), clean and so comfortable. It was not something I 'didn't like' but be aware ahead of time that the check in process involves calling a local number and the proprietor comes over to check you in. There is not staff on site, but they are very responsive and quick to accommodate.

Lovely historic building. Large room with comfortable bed and posh bedding. Hosts were welcoming. Also accomodation was very clean. The view was exceptional from room 4 Breakfast was only coffee, croissant and juice up the hill equal to about 8+ flights of stairs. Shower was very small. Wi-Fi was sketchy.

Breakfast was a short walk to a lovely and lively bakery. We could get coffee and 1 pastry. No buffet. Very nice staff. Cinzia, the owner of B&B L'Agnolo Di Caroti Cinzia, allowed us to park our car behind the building. Very convenient, no charge! Really nice. Maybe a little more breakfast but that's just being picky.

Accommodation included an “Italian” breakfast of coffee (Espresso or Cappuccino) juice of choice and croissant of choice. Served at a local business down the street. Beds were stiff, but we slept well.

Was a beautiful room. Full of character with the painted ceilings and lovely view. Very clean and was great for our two night stay. Good location. Would highly recommend.

Great location - easy to find. Fantastic views and very clean and spacious Beds were very hard and almost uncomfortable

Nice location and quiet at night. WiFi. Breakfast at local cafe is very nice. Parking free and very close. The beds are very hard. The airco is a mobile unit that is loud and cannot possibly cool the very large room. So it stays warm despite the ‘airco’.
