Beautiful room over a winery with amazing view. Easy to walk to town. Parking was minimal but there was a carnival in town which probably made that harder than usual

I haven't seen other complaints like this, so it's probably a rare occurrence, but I had no hot water in sink or shower. It was 5 degrees out and I took a ice cold shower. It was not enjoyable at all. When I was checking out, they offered to let me take a hot shower elsewhere, but that time had passed.

Absolutely beautiful. Amazing room with a great view, kind staff, and a generous breakfast. You have to get lucky with parking. They have a few spots out front and once one opens up you can move your car once you have the chance, but otherwise you have to park further away wherever you can find something.

For me, the bed was a little too firm.

TV only got 1 station and while there was adequate Wi-Fi ,there was no streaming available.

Hosts were amazing, very kind, and provided great dinner recommendations. Breakfast was great, they even packed us an early to go meal when we would be traveling for the day and wouldn't be there for 9:00AM breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, maid service came in everyday and all items restocked as needed. Location was outside the city ZTL zones, so driving to and from, and getting on site was very easy. Short walk from main city center for dinner and shopping. Loved the discount on all products sold in the shop including olive oil, cheese, and wine. Walls in the room are thin, therefore you can hear the people chatting next door and the tv. The parking was a tad chaotic, since the spots located right outside the B&B were usually taken between 8:00-20:00. However if you are savvy there is free parking around the area that can be found just need to look for it and keep an eye out.

Just the location no more than that. It was very difficult to find the place because the exterior of the building is a wine business and not really a hotel or apartment. The people who serve the place are only there during the hours the wine business is open, if you need help you have to call a phone number, there is no one at the location to personally assist you after 6:00 PM and until 9:00 AM. The internet didn’t work during our stay, the signal from their server did not reach the room properly. Their parking is very limited, it is always busy, they have a few free spaces, but they are always occupied and finding another parking space is very difficult because they are very far away from the site, think twice if you have a car to go there.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, considering the driving limitations with the ZTL.

This was my second time back to this place. The location is amazing, with including parking and being at the base of Montepulciano. Parking is hard in this area, so it’s such a prime spot for this alone. The views from the bedroom windows are just a dream. 10/10! Breakfast + coffee every morning… and a lovely and sweet staff. There is nothing not to like, just keep in mind that the walls aren’t sound proof, but it’s not a deterrent from me coming back, just a good note to know in advance.

Breakfast was great. Good variety, of sweet and savory. The room was a little small but it was just fine for us. The location was great. Just a few minutes walking and you are in town. The water pressure but there was not much we can do about it. Other then that it's a great place.

Very good location, just outside the city center, parking available in front of the hotel. Comfortable and clean room. Spacious bathroom.

This was a very nice room just outside the walls with super easy parking and easy walking to the old town. Staff was friendly. The room was good sized with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. We had a good breakfast that included a huge croissant and a plate of local dried meats & cheeses. We were happy with everything. No problems.
