The hotel is well located, however is old and needs work. the staf is ok but could have been better old hotel and price is high

Nothing Fake photos of the rooms and the rooms aren’t clean at all no shampoo no gel and a broken tv and we have to pay extra to eat eggs on breakfast that’s paid already on our reservation

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They met our needs promptly. Bed was comfy and our city view was awesome! The towels were dingy. There were stains on our duvet. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool when we arrived at 830p.

There were no towels when we arrived to the room. I called the reception desk, and they mentioned the laundry was not available. We received them about three hours after they were requested. It would have been nice for us to be informed about this when checking in.

Restaurant There were roaches (5) in our room, room smelled initially and sheets had a smell to them. Certain front staff were rude.

Place is a dump. Scores of dayworkers doubling x2 in rooms. Loafing in lobby. Air conditioning cannot be adjusted. No toiletries. Smells of sewage permeate bathroom. $167/night US is outrageous. Restaurant is poor. Served cold All of it nasty elevators and corridors .

The room was dirty and the restroom was horrible specially the shower the walls need restoration and paint.

The bathrooms the water would come out of the glass. The showers look like they have not been scrubbed right could use clorox or lysol. It looks like water damage. The bedding you should use fitted sheets and not just regular sheets to sleep on top of.

That it was in the city center and close to a lot of food places and parking was good Staff was not very helpful, when asked for towels on 4 occasions nothing happened until I went down and complained. The ac in the room leaked water onto the floor the pools were even full with water and it was super slippery. The shower had black mold on it too and no ironing board

Nothing. It was suuuper dirty, the room smelled sooo bad. The elevators didn’t work. I bought breakfast with the booking but it was half included, I had to pay even more if I wanted to eat eggs.
