It very centric close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. We really enjoyed our time, though we noticed a few small details that could be improved. We asked to substitute an ingredient in a drink at the bar, and while it wasn't substituted, the drink was still good. In our room, we noticed that not all the towels were replaced after it was cleaned, which was a slight inconvenience. I didn't reach out to ask for more, but I'm sure the team would have been happy to help if I had!"

Just the location The AC failed The TV never work good , I asked change it , The iron never work , I asked change it The room ‘s key , suddenly Not work more , I can Not open my room and I can Not use the elevator!!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!! I forgot my CAR KEY and exactly 1 pm I tried to open again and surprise no more work , in other works , you’re NOT WELCOME, I field that . HONESTLY We never will back back to the Crown Plaza.
