Place was good enough for the 2 nights that I had to stay, I went to my appointment for my biometrics at the Canadian building and wasn’t that far. Can be a little bit noisy in the restaurant area.

Location was great for where I needed to go. Staff was attentive to my requests. Hotel feels old and I found bed sheets and towels not clean. The bathroom felt old, not super clean and definitely not well maintained. The included breakfast is very thin, I had to pay to upgrade to the buffet option. The area around the hotel feels unsafe at night and it is kind of noisy.

Location and price for quality The Doors are not very sound proof so during the day one can the noise from the atrium.

The reception and breakfast areas were nice. It was a nice surprise to find a safe in the room. I didn't care for the breakfast served...the eggs and pancakes were cold and stale. My husband liked the breakfasts. The room was right next to the kitchen; we heard all of the noise starting early morning and all of the noise from the adjoining room (including the person on the other end of the person's cell phone!).
