Location. Staff. Mattress is super old. Pillows had clean covers but inside were old and moldy. Mold in the ceiling of the restroom. Wi-Fi worked for a few hours one day and then it stopped. 2 small rugs were dirty and sofa smelled of sweat.

Place was great. Good location (avoid hotels close to bus station) and good value. Owners were so very kind and helpful.

Maintenance guy was very helpful in answering all questions and helping us out. location couldn't have been any better. They should've left hand soap and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other than that, all was good.

Setting expectations here. Value for money 10/10. Not the kinda place where you expect room service or hotel amenities. It’s pretty decent as a place to keep your stuff and sleep for the night. We just had issues with hot water so check for that first. That’s the only issue we faced. Also a heads up, the area may feel kinda sus but it’s really not. We felt like that the first night but not after that.
