Location No running water for 12 hours, I was not able to rinse my face, take a shower or use the toilet because there was no water. Apparently it’s turned off so it can fill up the tank every 12 hours. There was also no staff on site because we arrived on a weekend and everyone was off due to it being a Mexican holiday. The building is beautiful and has a great location, it’s sad that it is not administrated adequately. We also didn’t receive our complementary breakfast because the restaurant didn’t operate/open on Monday due to it being a holiday. I would not stay or recommend this hotel until major improvements are made to the water system and administration.

It’s location is wonderful Lack in customer service, elevator is only accessible with assistance which is an inconvenience.
