The service was absolutely excellent from the beginning of the stay to the end. The breakfast area was very elegant, the food was delicious. The locations of the area was very accessible to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. I will rate it a 10 out of 10!

This is a one star hotel at best… why is it listed as three stars??? Our room was filthy… excrement on the toilet seat was just the beginning. Hardly anyone working there… if you need anything you’ll have to run someone down yourself. Just a terrible experience.

Room had a broken shade with holes in it. I reported to front desk. Staff was helpful by giving me a room discount. Also laminated edge on bedside table was becoming unglued.

However...our room did not have a blackout curtain. The staff came up and helped us to clamp together the side drapes to block the light so we could sleep. The toilet roll holder came apart when I tried to draw paper from the roll, and the bathtub drain appeared to have been twisted from its mount. It was sitting on the edge of the tub. Overall, a lovely place to stay that could be a great deal better with effective maintenance. Unfortunately, too many hotels along our interstates suffer from these types of neglect.

The location is great. The floor was totally dirty, with pieces of food from previous occupants. The toilet wasn’t clean, even food from fridge wasn’t taken. I assume nobody cleaned the room at all. I wonder when it became normal to neglect cleaning after previous clients? The hotel would be ok but they have really serious issues with cleaning. How to sleep in dirty bedding? Its basics you expect from staying in a hotel. I believe it’s not safe any more.
