We were also booked a room that already was occupied, in which they weren’t sure who was in there lol. But the situation was handled fine, we were moved to another two rooms and slept well! Overall it was fine when you are with a few others to sleep for a night

I was so beautiful clean and roomy. The bed was Amazing the sitting area was so inviting and comfortable it was like a mini apartment … this stay will Always be worthwhile !!!!!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I arrived from a long trip and was exhausted, the air conditioner barely worked so it was really hot and then someone had a barking dog. I was too exhausted to contact the front desk to complain so I just made the decision to never stay there again.

The following morning, while attempting to take a shower, I slipped and fell in the bathtub. As a result, I injured my left wrist and twisted my ankle. The bathtub did not appear to have any non-slip coating or other slip-resistant safety features. When I checked out, I informed the front desk associate about the incident. The associate was a light-skinned woman wearing a purple head wrap and very long nails. Rather than expressing concern or empathy regarding my injuries, she became defensive and focused on explaining why the hotel does not provide bath mats or slip-resistant coatings in its tubs. I asked whether there was an incident report form that I could complete. Instead of addressing my request, she continued explaining the hotel's reasoning for not having slip-resistant measures in place. After thanking her for her time, I informed her that I would be contacting the hotel's customer service department regarding the incident.

I travel for work and have been staying at this hotel for the past few weeks. It was fine until I woke up the other morning to a BEDBUG actively crawling from under the mattress by the headboard. And there was another smaller one of the bed sheet. I jumped up and got a napkin to catch it and put it in a ziploc bag for proof. I never sleep under the hotel covers for this very reason. I was so disgusted and I told the clerk at the front desk and asked to be moved to the other side of the building but they only had a room 2 doors down. I asked if I could be compensated for my stress and inconvenience as I had to quickly switch rooms and rush to work. I didn’t have time to go find another hotel after I had already paid for 3 nights. Still haven’t talked to the hotel manager yet and no one seemed overly concerned. That hotel needs to be rid of BEDBUGS. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! I’m sure theyve already rented the room to someone else. ROOM 310 and who knows how many other rooms. JUST DISGUSTING!!!

Everything was clean

Everything was great. The breakfast selection could have been a little better but it was good. It's a very quiet hotel and the rooms are comfy and clean. We would stay again for sure if we travel there again.

My only concern was the sausage was indeed undercooked and the eggs appeared to be instant. Other than that everything was fine.

Location was good. It was a quiet and clean accommodation. Breakfast was good. There was no bottled water available on the premises. There were stores in close proximity, but I would have expected to have bottled water made available.
