The air conditioner was out and then we were moved to a room with mold on the ceiling. We checked out early and were not offered any form of compensation or any apologies.

The breakfast was not good. Served late, cold and the cheapest food. Owners need to spend some time and money fixing and maintaining the facility. The breakfast isn’t free or you can’t eat it.

It was very convenient to the ballpark, and the access was great. We felt safe at the hotel but not so much in the neighborhood.

Nothing The building is old and our room smelled of damp and mould. Not appealing to me at all. Our bed dipped in the middle so it was uncomfortable to sleep on .

The room was nice. It lived up to its name - comfortable. My only issue was that I was not able to get on the Wi-Fi late last night.

Smells weird, dead German roaches in the hallway, the floor was broken and dirty overall not clean at all

I checked in well after the standard check-in time and found my room still very dirty, almost like it was recently used. There was visible dirt on the towels and the shower floor was wet. I found dead bugs throughout the room & when I moved the couch, I found fast food sauce packets & other trash behind the couch. The flooring throughout the entire building was buckling and missing in sections. Just a bad vibe in general with the whole place.
