Need in clean They didn't tell you have to have a 100 dollar before you get there for deposit.

I always stay here but the upkeep this time was extremely poor. The dishwasher had a foul smell coming from it which made the room stink. When I checked in I waited 15 minutes at the front desk while the worker hung out in the office socializing with someone. You could hear the whole inappropriate conversation. I will be using another facility from now on.

Pool was down. Room reaked of weed and was dirty.

The staff is fantastic! I had to get my daughter a room due to an emergency at home. I booked a room late night, the young lady that opened the door and booked me has impeccable customer service and informative, she gave me detailed directions to drop my daughter off. My daughter place wasn't ready so I had to call everyday to ask for another night for my daughter, it got to the point they knew me and were so polite and helpful towards my daughter every time she had to go to the office to update her key. I will Definitely keep this hotel at the top of my list whenever I need a place for family or friends in town. Everything was Great!

Carpet was damaged in the living room area, tub and bathroom sink were draining very slowly, toilet handle was falling apart, very poor maintenance.

Derilect cars on the property. Dudes hanging around, one went after my wife as I was bringing bags into the room. I suspect the only reason something bad didn't happen was my fast return. Same people smoking weed all night near our room with the smell coming into the room. The outside grounds are dirty and in poor condition. The carpet in our room should have been replaced 10 years ago. Significant stains. Yuck

It was unsafe, room was beat up and door had been pry barred in the past. Smelt like smoke and were given a different room after we complained and it was the same maybe worst. Left the place immediately and went to look for another place to stay after hour 10 hours on the road. Now trying to get a refund for the room we didn’t stay in.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YO DEAL WITH AN INFESTATION!!! It's clearly a well documented issue and they don't care about fixing it. Also, all amenities were broken and "in the process of getting fixed." This place is a long term stay, seemingly for people with extremely limited options.

Kitchen floor was dirty in the 2 bedroom suite, interior walls and light swith plates were dirty. Would be nice to have a tiny bottle of dish soap in the kitchen along with dish washer soap.

It's more of an extended stay facility. The couch was not even usable had cigarette burns and just really dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice quiet stay. Area outside the hotel is not the best but overall a decent stay. Floors could use a little more mopping and new fresh caulk around toilet and tub. Everything else was clean. But other than that it was better than I expected.

Our accommodations were not comfortable for our family. The room smelled of smoke the minute we walked in. The bed appeared clean, but the walls had marks all over them. This was NOT the usual standard for hotels that would like their guests to be comfortable.

First off the amenities that's shown are broken or removed completely. Secondly, I wasn't informed about a security deposit that wasn't taking immediately at check out it was taken like an hour later. Since check out I haven't received my deposit back. I left the hotel clean and smoke free and I'm trying to understand why my money haven't been placed back into my account
