Great stay. We needed the extra space with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Nice breakfast.

The room we were assigned to had blood stains on the curtains. The sofa bed mattress was stained with obvious blood stains and possible urine. I reported this and was given a different room. The clerk apologized for the situation. I would not want to stay there again.

The waffle station was great in the morning. The water pressure could be turned up a few notches.

We had a 4 night stay. Breakfast was very limited and disappointing, many items (teabags, bread, cereal, spoons, hot patties, instant porridge sachets) kept running out and had to keep asking, in not all case were they refilled. Apparently the cereal and bread had run out completely and had o be reordered. The patties were swimming in grease. The reception staff did as little as possible and very rarely in attendance with a bell to attract attention. The housekeeping staff were reluctant to empty the bedroom waste bin despite being left outside the door (we even had to ask reception on 1 occasion) as we did not need our room to be fully cleaned. The bath surround was rusty, the curtain rail was broken allowing light to come in as the curtains did not fully close. The toilet water inlet was filthy. The fridge icebox was thick with ice having not been defrosted for a very long time.

We liked the room and the location.

Rooms are large and clean

Overnight trip- convenient location, easy to locate. Only con, the mattress was slightly worn, other than that I will stay again.

Good location for us. Needs more grab bars in bathroom.

Clean Room! Great place to stay!

This room was too expensive for this type of blasé customer service. Not once was I offered a different room. Hotels.com contacted property and property refused to refund since we checked out of the room this morning.

The room was clean and spacious, breakfast and parking was okay, and the staff was helpful. Homeless people begging in the parking lot.

Overall was a good experience.

When we first arrived no one was at the front desk. Had to wait at least 10-15 min before someone hearing the bell.

It was ok

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman who checked us in was polite and helpful. Halls smelled nice upon arrival and room was large and clean and appeared to be well maintained. Beds were decent they are your average hotel bed however they had a topper on them that made them better than average and they provided plenty of pillows and the bedding was nice and comfortable. The pull out couch was better than average. No signs of any type of bug in our room 313 or in any of the parts of the hotel we visited. The ac worked well and kept us comfortable and the toilet and tub had no issues. Towels were provided on a shelf under the sink and a nice mint shampoos and conditioner in a dispenser was provided on the wall. The Internet for streaming Netflix caused a little buffering but nothing major and regular tv channels were provided with a decent selection of channels the tvs were flat screen non smart tvs but had the hdmi ports and were a decent size with good volume. (We bring our own streaming box everywhere we go) There is no pool but there are ice machines, there is a massage chair that has a small fee on floor 1 near the washer and dryers that also cost a small amount but appear to be newer and in great condition. Breakfast was provided it had the waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, bagels, and various prepackaged pastry’s and cereal. Milk was provided in a cooler on the left in pitchers. For the price the hotel was a great value, we would visit again.

Blood stains in the carpet, black mold/mildew in the ceiling fan grates in the bathroom, not very clean at all.
