The Best Western sign was an afterthought. We were tired and looking for a Best Western sign.

Located across from public transportation. Very easy to get to via train then bus. We drove and found parking just down the street in a nice big secure parking garage. Very close to restaurants and safe. Bottled water or a more reliable water bottle filling station.

The location was great, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful. The shower should have a door or curtain or the water becomes a tripping hazard. Some rooms have additional steps to be accessible, which poses a problem for people with mobility issues.

Great location!!! Dont buy the breakfast!! Outrageous for rubber bacon, no eggs. It has good location so walk 30+ meters and get a real breakfast for half the price.

Light sleepers might not enjoy the location and thin windows. We ended up with the handicap room which was perhaps good for a wheelchair user (though frankly I cannot imagine how given the size) but that meant the shower was extremely annoying and bathroom in general was impractical for a traditionally able bodied individual. So if you got that room I would immediately suggest asking for a different one (plus that's more fair for someone with reduced mobility who maybe could benefit from it).

Location is convenient - right across from the train station, parking is available a short walk away. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are very modern and comfortable.

Practical location for train station. No bar. No mini bar. No water in the room. There is a coffee machine downstairs but to use at breakfast only. Not easy to find hotel as sign is very small.

No hot water for our showers. The soap and lotion pumps were also broken. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Fyi, I rented 2 rooms- one for me and one for my mom. When I told the staff he said sometimes there are glitches.
