Comfy bed, easy to use the tv, nice shower, ac, could check in before 4pm which was very nice of them. Just got a bit nervous when I got there at the time I said I would and took a while for them to open the door but I msgd and they came down soon and let me get in the room around 2pm which was really nice.

Location was good, close to many activities, but the overall area was a bit sketchy- homeless and mentally ill wandering around. Also plenty of hot water on demand and very quiet. Small room, negligible toiletries

Location near Metro, fair price, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, good wifi, refrigerator in room. No one at front desk much of the time, so if you need them, you may have to wait a day. Hotel is very basic-- not fancy. Four floors with no elevator. Portable air conditioner in room kept room cool but was quite noisy. Sink is very shallow, and sink area is very cramped. Room is small-- okay for one person, but could be tight for two. Hotel has an unattractive look from the street-- the front of the hotel needs to be dressed up. There are many cameras in all public areas of this hotel. The hotel collected a 200 CAD damage deposit from me at check in, which will supposedly be refunded to me after check out.

Good location, easy walking distance to the bus station, restaurants, and metro. Refrigerator in the room, but I'm not sure if all rooms have them. Steep, narrow staircase dragging luggage to the third floor. Flat pillows, only 4 for two queen sized beds. The unit was a bit run down with peeling paint on the windows, paint splatters on the floor, etc. Pricey for what you get, but all of the hotels in Montreal seem pricey compared to most of the U.S. The unit hardly had any towels and no extra toilet paper, and most of the time, no one was at the check-in desk. Ultimately we were just there to sleep, but it would have been nice to have toilet paper when the one roll ran out in the middle of the night

Friendly staff, comfortable space and bed, felt safe and secure, and ease of entry. The bathroom and shower felt a little bit old.

Outside is the main bus station, metro is close, a big shop is close. The door has a card lock, security cameras everywhere. When we arrive the room was set at 15°C, everything was frozen, including the bed. We froze all night, in the morning we asked for an extra heater, but it took 3 days to properly heat the room. The staff asked us if is our first time in Canada, since for them sleeping in 17°C was perfectly normal. NO it is not ok to sleep on a cold bed and bread all night frozen air! The bed made noises on even the smaller move, very bad frame. The shower at 10am had no more hot water. The smart tv had just a few tv stations, not really usable. Wifi was unstable

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

TV channel selection is abysmal. Can't even get local channel news or weather. Coffee offered was of the instant variety and. YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE THIS, no milk or creamer offered!
