Clean room. The location for me is far from the must-see sites in Montreal City. The breakfast could be better with more protein like sausage or bacon. But it was decent still

The lobby is pretty and it’s located conveniently. A few staff members were very rude, one of my beds were broken and it was never fixed after the issue was addressed. The bedding was dirty and my key cards for the room did not work most of the time. The phone was also not plugged in or even have a cord to plug it in.

Proximity to the bus station; near Quarter des Spectacles and located in downtown Montreal and all it has to offer. Bordered by the Village and it's attractions. Super comfy beds.

Nothing Toilet flush was not working, bathtub water not draining, outside toilets were really dirty and disgusting and staff were exceptionally rude
