We had a booking but when we went to enter our room using our key card the door was secured by the clasp from the inside and a female voice objected to our attempted entry. It took at least an hour for us to finally be assigned another room.

I think it would be nice if Breakfast was included with the price and there was a microwave in the room.

Decent location for walking and subway, room was a decent size No breakfast if you book with booking.com One block away was not a nice/safe area

It was really easy to move around Montreal from this location, just a 20-30 minute walk to Old Montreal, a few blocks away of Place d’Arts and the shopping area around Eaton Centre. Unfortunately the area itself (not the hotel) was not very well taken care of (dirty smelly sidewalks and plenty of homeless people), but this could have being a side effect of the International Jazz Festival that was taking place a couple of blocks away. They could improve breakfast options and attention to housekeeping details (we ran out of handwash and shower gel, even though we did reported it to the frontdesk bottles weren’t refilled or replaced).

It was very clean & the staff were wonderful! The best thing, though, was the amazing fresh ground coffee whenever wanted!!! I will definitely stay again & recommend to friends!!

Good location within walking distance of key areas. Great hotel with good amenities. Staff were very helpful during check in and check out.

The room met my expectation: clean, comfortable, quiet. The location was central and very walkable even in the evening. There were plently of placed to eat for lunch and dinner, including fast food restaurants open until 10:00pm. I was expecting a buffet breakfast like those in the U.S. The breakfast room was small and the menu was limited. Only one person was working the breakfast order window. An additional server would have been better.

Area where hotel is located is very dodgy lots of homeless and druggies around. saw someone get robbed just across the road. Shower pressure was rubbish

Staff were excellent, very helpful, and accommodating.

REally central so getting around was very easy. Lots of food close by. Clean rooms and quiet as well. has a clean gym. Lots of homeless outside but besides that it was ok. One of the staff was a little grump and was not very polite but the other staff was good.
