Hotel Saint-Laurent Montreal

Location, proximity to downtown, old port and China town. 2 bedrooms were very spacious. Sofa not comfortable, sofa bed was worn and uncomfortable for child, it was replaced with a Rollaway bed but it was worn and not comfortable.

Great location. We walked almost everywhere and it’s close to the Metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although the room was very clean and comfortable it does need a bit of an update. Furniture and walls were chipped in places. Toilet and sink in bathroom were scratched and the bath drainage was poor. These were small things we noticed but we would stay there again due to the great staff and excellent location.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The fitness center was very small and only had one treadmill so sometimes I had to wait a long time to use it or get up early in the morning. They're also understaffed - lots of times only one staff member at reception despite a lot of people queuing!

Location was close to Old Montreal. It was close to Basilica de Notre Dame,.Montreal Island to name a few, when going to see some great things in Montreal I didn't particularly enjoy the surrounding area for a family.

The hotel is the central location! Very good for a short stay. If you are looking for a hotel with integrated kitchen & fridge - this is no doubt a place to stay! There’s a laundry room (free of charge!) The room needs tremendous renovation ! The bathroom looks very old with cracks from the usures.. doesn’t inspire much confidence to take a shower. The cleanness is not a strong indicator here. The balcony wasn’t clean and had no separation from neighbors.. we didn’t use it at all…

It was at a great location, a very spacious and clean room with kitchen, and an iron too. You can also use the washing machine and dryer for free. Friendly stuff. Others mentioned the weird smell - it is there, but much more prominent in the corridor (I suspect the trash storage). The room was fine after leaving the window open for a day. Mosquito net would be useful.

The location was amazing with easy bus and Metro links. It was also very walkable. The staff was attentive and helpful. The studio was more than adequate for a one week stay, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Windows were well-insulated against noise. Kitchen was very helpful, and we ate breakfasts and some dinners there. Definitely would book again. Parking in the basement garage was very convenient. Neighborhood on nearby St. Denis Boulevard was sketchy, but we learned to avoid it.

The property is in an ideal location at the edge of Vieux Montreal. It was pretty easy to find street parking nearby. In our two room suite, only the bedroom portion had air-conditioning so it was fairly stuffy. The decor is a little tired, and some of the lightbulbs in the room were burnt out. There was only housekeeping once a week, and the hotel has just won ice machine on the ground floor with reception.

Excellent location. Reasonable price. Kitchen en suite with full size stove, oven and refrigerator!!! Great for longer stays. The air conditioning unit was in the living room area and we had to freeze in one room to cook the other or be too warm in one room so the other room wouldn’t freeze.
