There was no real breakfast but being in montreal near so many patisserie we didn’t need one. Need shelving in the showers which I hear are being installed
-
The location is very nice and you get a free coffee and free muffins anytime of the day which is great The size of the room and no clear indication of the hotel name
-
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed my stay. Nothing

The location was great, and the guy at the front desk was super friendly! While the location was nice, there were a lot of homeless people around. Also, the pictures didn't really look like the actual place. We paid $175 and it was pretty small and the building was quite old.

There is no positive feedback to provide other than the receptionist was nice and sympathetic towards us, she showed us a cleaner vacant room and asked management if she could switch them for us, but management rejected her request. Upon check in our toilet had what looked to be black mold. We were shown a cleaner vacant room but management did not let us switch. They also ignored our cancellation request. We did not feel comfortable staying and simply left for the Travelodge a short walk away.

Breakfast was very minimalist, but the space was great and the location was amazing. We saw some music on St. Catherine street and walked to Chinatown. There was some noise at night.

Located close to everything I was there to do see. Space was comfortable and price was excellent especially since I was there during the International Jazz Festival. Air conditioner worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although i. the center of town, hotel felt very safe with staff and looked entrance full time. If you’re looking for a very quiet spot this may not be it, but it can’t be beat for access to Jazz Festival. If you’re used to city sounds rooms were quiet enough and comfortable.

Perfect location! Right on Saint Catherine close to everything. I went for the Montreal Jazz Festival and the entrance was a block from the location. Affordable parking across the street. Friendly staff. Older facility with some common areas looking worn. Air condition only worked okay.

nothing I like .Bad experience

Didn’t even give me the security deposit back. The building is too old and the rooms are tiny, they don’t advertise the hotels not having a bathrooms

The front desk guy was very nice for check-in Pictures are totally misleading and inaccurate. I feel Booking.com deceived me. The pictures are for another place, the hotel was located in a bad area where we felt totally unsafe and noisy. The real hotel is an old, extremely tight building, rooms do not even have restrooms, is a public shared small bathrooms for ever floor. When we got off the elevator the carpet was even kind of ripped off the floor. Totally inappropriate and I was charged over 2000 dollars for my stay with my son. My son was scared and we needed to leave and find another hotel in another area. I am filing a claim with the Office de la protection du consommateur. The value was totally ridiculous for what it is.

The location was very loud at night and there was only 1 towel in the room although there were 2 people on the reservation

NOTHING was likeable. Absolutely terrible an experience. Do NOT stay here. Even if for Free The location is PATHETIC! So bad that they keep their lobby entrance locked even when the reception is right there. There are hundreds of homeless, beggars and drugged up people right outside the lobby and on that street. EXTREMELY UNSAFE A LOCATION. Stepping out, accessing parking or coming back is always SO DANGEROUS AND SCARY! Do NOT stay here. They need to upgrade and get better at all of the things. They provide just one cheap towel even if you book for a couple or family. Washroom shower is almost dysfunctional. They don’t provide a basic blanket or comforter even if its cold and you request for it. No drinking water or hot kettle either. The street is always so noisy that you won’t get to sleep anytime. Emergency vehicles running throughout the clock because of so many homeless people and their attacks on general public. Running this like a cheap cheap motel. Amenities, facilities, quality of bed, mattress, toiletries etc etc. Do NOT stay here. I NEED A REFUND!!

Didn’t seem like there was air conditioning and unfortunately no hotel parking.
-
Located in downtown, friendly staff, clean rooms with basic amenities Not too safe location with a lot of homeless people on the street, street noise at night.
-
Nothing. The property does not live up to the photos. The room had a smell coming from the washroom. The toilet was filthy and there was a broken closet door set in the closet. I had to book a room elsewhere.

Noise coming from street

Bathroom A lil bit odor
