Water and vendor machines available onsite. Very convenient location. Always someone there at front desk. I understand it is not that much different from a hostel but given the additional price I was expecting for cleaner public space and better individual capsules. They have free towels with $5 deposit, but all three towels I got from them smelled badly. Highly recommended to bring ear plugs and own towels.

Its a good option only if you dont have that much budget Bathrooms are not clean, specially the showers it was horrible to take a shower because de carpet they have in there is full of mold. The bed is not a mattress, its more like a thin pad so you feel like sleeping in on a board. We didnt slept well and the air conditioner inside the capsules didnt worked well. We were so hot at night. Towels smelled weird.

Comfort capsules and good price The carpet over the floor down of my capsule was wet all long my stay. Sometimes I get my socks wet for this problem.

Bathrooms are not really clean

The capsules were spacious, secure with their own digital lock, and had good lighting. The staff were helpful and did their best to take care of the guests, especially considering they were managing the entire property with just two people+ one person at reception The property only has two staff members to take care of the entire place, including the capsules, bathrooms, towels, and common areas, which is clearly not enough, even though they were very helpful. Most facilities were dirty or worn out. Many showers had no soap, the bins were too small for the number of guests, and the shared bathrooms had only 3 sinks and about 4 showers with no proper private space to change or get ready, with no hooks or benches to place belongings. Towels were only available on request, and mine smelled so bad I had to leave it in the shower. There was no bin for used towels, so they were left on the floor both by the capsules and in the washroom. Some lockers were broken, and mine still had items left by previous guests. Most of the facilities are located in the basement, which felt unsettling. I would not consider this a true capsule hotel, as the authentic Japanese concept emphasizes cleanliness, private space, and separate bathrooms for women and men to respect different needs and create a welcoming and safe environment.
