Everything was great: the staff was excellent at the check in desk, as well as at the restaurant. Would definitely be happy to stay here again if I had the budget.

Location to downtown and to via rail station Very small room. Lack of space for my walker. Garish and ugly wall paper above bed. Black painted wall. Carpeted floor. Bed frames stuck out past the mattress, and I bumped my leg several times on the corners and ended up with bruises on my legs. Only one area for a suitcase. No refrigerator for personal food. Weird restaurants and store in the lobby. So confusing. Dark dismal swimming pool area... no windows.

Location in the city Shuttle to tennis tournament Excellent breakfast Comfortable beds and bedding Staff couldn’t do more for you Our room was right next to the elevators and I could hear them going up and down all the time we were in our room. I didn’t realize what the sound was until I was outside the room and heard the elevator. Next time I would request a room away from elevator and/or ask where the room is located.

Great location Hair from previous tenant found in both bed and shower

After the first night (Thursday), Housekeeping didn’t seem to come around in the evening. We would’ve appreciated fresh ice and fresh water. Also would’ve appreciated having the dirty glasses taken away instead of left in the room.

kind concierges I booked several months ago as we stayed at this facility last year and loved it. This year when checking in I was asked if a king bed was ok, but I booked 2 doubles, they were able to accommodate but I felt as though the room was a spare. cracks in the wall, water damage on the ceiling above us, and the shower was terribly hard to open, we stayed in 1675. We stayed last year and loved the Fairmont so much we rebooked for this year with no question. I was extremely disappointed in the room this year and may have to look into other options for our visit next year.

The property is good clean and elegant. The room was too small for 2 bedrooms as it is a 5 star hotel and also there no personal fridge inside the room. There is a fridge but you need to pay whats inside. Another thing is when you enter the room it’s smell bad also the pillow smells old sweat I didn’t sleep on the first night then the following day I asked the housekeeper to change it. I'm not expecting it in a 5-star hotel never again.
