Location and staff The restaurant was absolutely HORRIBLE. Understaffed and food was terrible. My forgotten chicken breast was dry, salad dressing non existent on a few romaine leaves, burrata bread was moist and not toasted….

Coffee is good The toilet water tank is always empty and cannot flush and the washroom can’t be locked. I have already changed the room but they are the same

The room was clean ready on time, nice staff at the reception receiving wrong information to reach the metro station from the indoor station. I had to walk over 15 minutes and carry in many stairs my heavy luggage with the smell of urine. SHAMEFULL!!!

Swimming Pool, common areas, clean, comfortable, quiet, very central location. Lovely check in staff. Nice beds. Glass door and glass wall in bathroom. Lack of privacy on that respect. Also No hooks on walls in bathroom for hanging a robe/towel.

Great location. The hotel was very clean. Friendly staff. Food on site. Heated pool. Relaxing areas. Free coffee. The hotel can be busy at times. Esp in morning. Coffee makers were out of milk and cups. A lot of people in the pool area throughout the day. The hotel room did feel a little dark with the black walls, and could use some touch ups in certain areas, and the carpeting.

The staff were all excellent and incredibly helpful. The hotel is close to the metro and very convenient for the viarail central station. The pool area was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at Bonaventure when you’re in Montreal.
