The beds were very comfortable, and the room was designed so well, making good use of the space and providing many useful details, such as the cubbies, with lights and electric sockets, on each side of both beds. It would have been nice for the room to be carpeted.

Breakfast was very good. Had scramble eggs, bacon, bread pudding, selection of thin slice meats and fruit. Had a good selection of bread as well. The only request would be for an ice machine on the 8th floor.

Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. the location was also exceptional - near public transit and close to a host of restaurants and stores. Staff were all friendly and helpful. the room was also quite nice. our SUV barely fit in the parking garage. In the US, this would not be an issue (it is a standard SUV). Because parking is so difficult to find, suggest letting customers know in advance the height and width restrictions for parking. we were able to park, but just barely.

Very quiet, convenient location with access to Metro and bike shares, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. The shower was basically the whole bathroom and I had to be very strategic not to douse everything with water

The location is perfect and the staff are great! We will definitely go back. The only downside is that the internet connection is very poor, even on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious, though options were limited. Overall, none of these issues were dealbreakers.

Location, room with balcony Breakfast was poor in terms of choice. Sometimes food had run out and hadn’t been replaced in time. Bar facilities were disappointing, no atmosphere and mainly empty.

Rooms were easy to adjust to - comfortable enough! Staff was kind. Clean. Quiet. Location. Most things we wanted to see required taxi (with elderly person).
