A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. We especially enjoyed the roof deck with its ample seating and pleasant views of inner city gardens and the lovely Park St-Louis across the street. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll return in the winter and enjoy the spa! The view out our window was the brick wall of an airshaft. Next time I will request a better view.

The breakfast was very basic. You should have a pair of water bottles at least the first day . The staff at the front desk were okay but not knowledgeable about the area. So they were not able to be helpful..

Convenient location. Close to Metro. Everything within walking distance! Very poor renovations….scratches on walls. A HUGE crack in my bathroom sink. Water from sink drained very slowly. After six days….the breakfasts became rather repetitive! Signs on windows indicating “Indian Food”….no Indian food”…. and there hasn’t been for 2 YEARS!! Terrace was a lovely relaxing spot…but the planters need attention…. full of weeds!

The staff [shout out to William] were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience feel personal and effortless. A special thank you to Majid, the hotel manager, who was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to find solutions that ensured our stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The spa experience was exceptional. Peaceful, beautifully maintained, and deeply relaxing. I also had a massage with Sam, which was outstanding. Sam’s skill and care made it one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I’ve had. Overall, it was a delightful and refreshing getaway, and I would highly recommend Carré Saint‑Louis to anyone looking for a special, relaxing escape. The elevator was temporarily out of service, but it was repaired the following day. The team handled it well and minimized any inconvenience.

Location is excellent. Pretty good breakfast. Decent rooms. My room (206) had no external window, so almost zero natural light. Really should not be sold as an “executive” room.

Doesn't look like the pictures at all. No elevator service. Cant control the AC.

Thin walls, a bit beat up, expensive

We liked everything. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton but a great value and location.

Some variability in the breakfast offer would be nice.

Near the centretown. Everything is walkable.

Fantastic location! Right across from the metro and surrounded by lots of fantastic shops and restos. The spa facilities were nice but very loud. They are in a basement (which is very well appointed) but the sound of the waterfall in the pools echos throughout taking away some of the relaxation.

Nice location. Nice desk person Horrible wi fi. Got disconnected after every 30 seconds or so. Poor shower with rain head and inoperable hand held. Got a surprise $200 deposit on my credit card

Great location, fantastic staff. Loved that there was a different thermostat for the bathroom and bedroom. The furniture in the room was old and kind of broken down. The elevator smelled really bad. The place was clean but not spotless (stains on towels.) The parking is expensive for what it is—it snowed while I was there and the lot wasn’t shovelled by the time I was leaving, which meant cleaning the car off in calf deep snow. $25/night for an unshovelled lot is a bit much.

At first they wanted to provide a sub-standard room. We had to show documents indicating the superior standard room we had booked.

Everything The Tv didnt work

Great location. Comfortable rooms with fridge and kitchenette - recommend for longer stays. The breakfast is exceptional, with fresh fruit and high quality ingredients. Absolutely worth every penny!

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet room. Great breakfast. I didn't like the $200 returnable charge upon arrival to protect against trashing the room. I don't trash hotel rooms.

The staff was amazing! Very professional, helpful, friendly and super welcoming! The facilities were amazing and super clean. You can enjoy the spa for 3 hours for only $50 which is super affordable and the spa facilities is super cute, clean and does the work! I highly recommend this hotel for work or for fun with your other half! The terrace was also super cute!

The location was amazing and the stuff were friendly when checking in. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast in the morning and just some of the basic amenities in the room.
