Very good location

The Bed.

The staff were awesome, I even asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they had no problem going above and beyond to help me.

Fun dorm house atmosphere. Breakfast was overcooked.

Very good location in downtown and closed to Mont Royal, clean and friendly staff. Underground parking was a little mass but no problem to find 2 spots for us.

The breakfast was generous and there were good options. But the exact same things were served each day, so it became repetitive and less appetizing as the week progressed. The beds were, well, they were quite institutional.

Very central and easy to get around! The beds were hard and quite uncomfortable but overall what you expect from a student residence

The location is fantastic! Only a block from the metro, plenty of good options nearby & walkable to the main shopping areas. I know it’s not a ‘hotel’ but I was surprised that there was no cutlery, napkins, or ice on site after breakfast.

Located in downtown close to everything that I wanted to visit. The bed is too firm. There is no hair dryer inside the room. The price that I paid was premium even though it felt like a student dorm. However, I only stayed for o e night.

The price and location were exactly what we were looking and it was comfortable. It seemed clean but the fabric was stained.

I love the hot breakfast included with the stay! The rooms are clean, there's a bathroom in the unit as well as in the lobby. There are also a few games to play in the lobby if you're bored in the wee morning hours (pinball, a racecar driving sim, etc). Location is less than a 20 minute walk from la Gare Centrale. My only issue is that before you have a room card (and after you return it), you require security to open the doors in (or out) of the building. The security desk is positioned in such a way that they're not always visible, so you might need to call out, and if you're running late on leaving to catch a train (for example), waiting for security to be at the desk and/or notice you so that you can leave can be a little frustrating.

Everything was good but the bed wasn’t comfortable for two person.

No access to hot water or ice outside of breakfast hours, same food day after day

Very easy and accommodating front desk. Very secure. Excellent breakfast that was included. Very pleasant staff available 24hrs and I came and went 24hrs a day. Although they let me into my room early (thank you very much), a quick vacuum would have been great, or a broom. Also, there was a wardrobe available but no hangers for the many dresses I brought.

Good location. Good breakfasts

The room in which we stayed was basic, with no TV (as expected). It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nourishing and healthy, as much as you wanted. The facilities were great. My son played basketball every evening or went to the gym. Sometimes he could be found playing the video games. All very good value for money.
