Location was good , close to the Metro. The reception was nice and easy. The prices were very good for Montreal. Hotel was very old therefore the rooms and bathroom needed upgrading. The mattress was a horror , lumpy and soft. Cleanliness was not optimal.

The check-in was smooth, the front desk provided us with all the information. The elevators, main lobby, rooms were all clean. There is coffee and water in lobby 24X7 (coffee was paid). We could spend some time watching TV on the comfortable couches in lobby while checking in and out. We could walk to downtown and there were coffee shops, restaurants nearby which makes the location excellent. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay! 1. There is only paid parking nearby and it is not recommended to street park. So consider that an additional expense for the trip. 2. There is some construction work right opposite to hotel - it doesnt disrupt anything but there could be some noise as you're stepping in and out of hotel or if you open your windows.

The desk staff were very personable and informative regarding the surrounding area. To the poor fellow who came back in for an overnight shift after working all day: you're the real MVP.

Location Outside of building is quite old and unattractive.

Liked only location. Close to Old Port and subway station Room is really old, bed is not comfortable at all, everything is outdated.

Great location. Very close to old Montreal and other main hubs. Very clean, comfortable beds and excellent AC.
