The location was good. The room was very cold even with the air conditioning on high temperature it took two days to warn the room up. The hidden tip in the bar George was unacceptable.

We travel extensively. I have never stayed in a more beautiful hotel. The historic building has absolutely amazing woodworking and stained glass. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

Wonderful downtown Hotel in Montreal . Nicely decorated rooms and public areas (check the restaurant) , we stayed in a king suite. As a professional traveler , I would recommend it to well-heeled travelers

Amazing historical entrance and lovely hotel. All staff were outstanding from check-in to check-out. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and were treated very special. Bar George at the hotel a must to have a drink! Great location.

The building was beautiful, Hotel staff were excellent Room was underwhelming, my towels were fluffy but the inspection tags were still on, hence new towels, not laundered before putting in the room, attached Restaurant less than mediocre. Limited menu and underwhelming. The Bar, although “the place to be” Staff rude and service bad. Had to leave, still did not receive drinks. Overall I would not stay here again.
