The location is good but I think it was quite noisy The night manager was not client oriented when I checked in. Made me decide not to stay the duration of my booked stay

Location, swimming pool Attention to detail was lacking, 4 of us stayed in the room for 2 nights, only 2 of everything was provided, robes, swim towels, cups etc. Lack of milk etc for 4. 2 of the charging points didn’t work in the room. Clarity from some staff a little lacking, told one thing a couple of times which wasn’t followed through.

Food was good. All was great, except we had to wait several hours to get into our room (1103), but it was worth the wait!!

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was lovely and knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were quiet and I got great sleep; there were no banging doors or hearing people yelling throughout the night. The rooms were clean and modern but not sterile and stuffy feeling. I enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The amenities were clean. This 5 star hotel exceeded my expectations and I don’t think I would consider staying at a different hotel if I were to go through Montreal again. The neighborhood itself was a bit rough. Not that the hotel could change it.
