No air-conditioning, especially in the summer, rooms were so small. Need to update amenities. No way to put the television in English , everyone does not speak French. Hotel location was in the hood, dangerous spot. Pan handlers, and people all times of the day and night. We made it work for 6 days, but I would not want to stay again. They charge too much money for it to be a motel..

40°C weather, i paid for air conditioning. I got NO air conditioning and NO WINDOWS. I felt suffocated the whole night, it was too late i had no place else to go and had already paid for my room. They said they were fully booked and couldnt get me a different room, but apparently all the other guests had the same issue. It was unimaginably bad. Would not recommend this place at all. And it’s in a very shady neighborhood, i suggest finding a place to say in the 18th arrondissement.

Construction work in the area was killing the vibe everytime I got out After I checked out I needed to put my bags in the hotel storage as I do in alot of hotels all around the world to my surprise it was a paid service!!! That should always be complementary

Comfortable bed and easy access Check out as per Booking is at 12, the cleaning staff started coming in the room without warning at 11 am and knocking on the door until we left at 11:30

The room was clean, staff were polite, location is almost near Subway, there is a carrefure beside hotel. They charged 26 euros as tax before giving keys, they didn’t wrote this while i was booking in conditions. There were no refrigerator, no kettle, even no chairs to sit inside the room. We ask for kettle in reception, the lady boss shouted to reception very aggressively to receptionist that tell them they can buy everything from carrefure and there is no kettle , the reception man was ashamed of her behavior and politely told we don’t have! They told the reason they don’t have these things is because they are 2stars hotel! So what? A lot of hostels even have these things ! They are basic! They ask 20 euros more for good view room. I didn’t pay, it was a rude rule.

The room was extremely small and did not have a refrigerator which I would have done with since I had some purchases that needed refrigerating. It was OK in our case since we spend our entire time outside and used it only for sleeping but will be a problem for someone who needs to spend a little more time inside the hotel.

The only real advantage is the location: there is a metro station nearby, and there are also places close by where you can go out to eat. For a very short stay, that is convenient. The main problem was that it was impossible to properly air out the room because the windows do not open. Apparently, guests are expected to use the air conditioning, but it worked terribly: after about half an hour, the room became stuffy and hot, around 30°C, and it was hard to breathe. We had to go to reception and complain, and only then were we given an additional cooling device, but that still was not a normal solution. Check-in took a very long time. There was a separate reception desk for budget rooms, which made the whole process even slower. Even though everything had already been fully paid on Booking, we were asked to pay extra for some additional charges. First, they insisted on cash, which was especially inconvenient because we had just arrived from Canada and did not have any euros in cash. We were tired and hungry, and instead of being checked in quickly, we had to deal with unnecessary payment issues. In the end, we managed to pay by card, but the whole situation left a very unpleasant impression. Cleanliness was also below standard: the shower area and sink were not properly clean. The room amenities were extremely limited: we were given only two towels, soap, and shower gel. There was no shampoo, no conditioner, no slippers, no bottled water, no kettle, no fridge, and no other useful amenities at all. Basically, it was just a very small room with a bed and a shower. The breakfast was also very poor. There was almost no choice: just one slice of cheese, one slice of sausage, tea, coffee, and toast. Even for a budget hotel, this felt very inadequate.

Great location, easy access by subway. Perfect when you need a comfortable and clean room at a good price. We only needed a place to sleep and this was perfect. Grocery store just next door, and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

You can find a local market on some days of the week just in front of the hotel. Take a look at it. Room did not have a window that could be opened. Air flows only through air vents. Could feel a little claustrophobic.

Punctuality of the staff. Very much of value for the price.

No venting or AC Repair the shower cover on the floor.

Convenient location Maybe the lack of facilities like hair dryer and the microwave wasn’t clean? Even no water?

we definitely loved the staff. Very welcoming in the breakfast area, reception and the cleaner that came to the room. Truly amazing and caring people. more hanging space in the toilet, a water fountain 24hrs, a expresso machine available 24hrs, less segregation in relation to ibis budget and regular i ibis. Felt a little awkward being “pushed” to the side when we didn’t know we were booking something “less” than a regular ibis hotel room.
