All about it was good!

Very good staff by Jac and Alexis.

Room super small and not clean. Bought room with breakfast included but the staff denied that it was included, even showing the reservation details.

Everything There isn’t even a small table

The rooms were very affordable and nice for a short stay in paris. The location was also very central to the metro making it easy to get around. The breakfast was very traditional and was very good for the price. The rooms were quite small but other than that the stay was quite comfy. My only complaint would have to be that the outlets in the bathrooms and throughout were not very adapter friendly. It was hard to find an outlet that could support the wattage of our appliances.

We felt right at home. The free coffee machine helped us a lot, and the staff was so kind; Cloe and Cristel were very warm with my kids. The ubication is not the best, but were close to the metro and surrounded by grocery stores

It is near to the metro, and was located close to where I needed to be in Montreuil. There's a supermarket below the hotel and a market opposite. The room is good value and the staff were very helpful. I'd stay there again. There's no grip on the shower floor; it's quite slippery so if you have mobility issues, I'd ask for a different room/arrangement. The location mightn't suit everyone with the distance into the city centre, but it is right beside a metro.

The staff, specially the night shift guy, who's working in another Ibis but comes sometimes to help, he was really really nice.The rooms was also nice a bit small for exemple a double room was a bit small for two but it was still good looking. I will for sure come back again The location is really not it , lot of crackheads but they just stare they won't hurt you or anything , the streets stink more than them (respectfully)

We loved that it was close to the metro. Staff were very friendly. My family enjoyed the food that was available. There was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom for our stay. We think it was from the drain. We had to keep the bathroom door shut the entire time so the rest of the room would not stink. I think it was just our room as the room our friends stayed in did not smell. We had a handicap room.

Its not located near anything. Looks like there is a dump across the street. Beds were hard and pillows were very flat. I wouldnt stay here again.

Fire alarm went off because someone was smoking in their room at 11pm. Geez!

AC is controlled by front desk. Was getting switched off because "your room is at comfy 21 degree now". Well, without AC on there are no air flow in the room at all, comfy 21 degrees of recycled air.And if AC is included in price, maybe its ok not to be standing at the front desk asking to turn it on, please. Egg boiler at the breakfast. As nice idea as it is it,to have freshly boiled eggs, maybe improve system where people can track who put which eggs where. People don't understand and just grab someones half cooked eggs,asuming its egg wormer.It upsets others and results in waste.Maybe ditch the whole thing all together,just already boiled eggs. Full pot of pre-boiling water at the kids face level in the middle of breakfast buffet table, next to bucket of fresh patisserie is perhaps not worth it.

Worst bed ever. And the reception won’t add one more mattress

The stuff were super amazing!!! They were so welcoming and kind! The hotel has free unlimited hot chocolate and coffee!!!!

They would save a lot of water if they updated their toilet.
